After brewing B.O.R.I.S. The Crusher successfully for many years, our creative minds wander. We imagine a B.O.R.I.S. brewed with even better dark grain - the finest imported dark grain - for a smoother and mellower deep-roasted flavor. When we finally made our dreams become reality, it was a symphony of beautiful flavors, a higher level of B.O.R.I.S. born from our creativity, that deserves the name B.O.R.I.S. Reserve!

Beatitude is the French word for bliss which is what we float away on whenever we enjoy this specially brewed beer. This Tart Saison is brewed in the Belgian tradition of tart farmhouse ales. The magic happens when our house blend of Brettanomyces, Lactobacillus and Saison yeast throw an out-of-this-world party in our fermenters. Aged on guava fruit, this yields a beer with a lacto forward nose, an intensely tart guava flavor, a doughy complexity, and takes the word "refreshing" to a whole new level.

Bold and dark as a power-less metropolis, our Russian Imperial Stout commemorates the infamous 2003 blackout that briefly left some 55 million people utterly unplugged.

“Chubby Bunny” is our 4th installment of our employee home-brew competition. This Imperial Milk Stout breaks all the rules by combining flavors of graham cracker, toasted marshmallow and dark chocolate. This mouthful of a stout will challenge any beer lover to say Chubby Bunny.

That beer you like is going to come back in style… The big, majestic Douglas Fir forests of the Pacific Northwest conceal many things: owls that aren’t what they seem, supernatural intrigue, a lodge or two, delicious hops, and damn good coffee. This limited release Coffee IPA celebrates the return to the Great Northern by combining Pacific Gem, Cascade, and Citra hops from the region with locally roasted coffee from Bacca. The result is an aromatic beer that will leave you looking below the surface and beyond this realm.

Inspired by endless summers in Door County, the creation of this beer was truly a labor of love. Always light to drink, this brew has a refreshing cherry hint of a summer to remember.

Set forth to become the conqueror of extremely special and rare Spanish brandy barrels that were captured by our crew, El Frogquistador was conceived. It had to be prepared for the battle, yet lively and agile enough to conquer all of this delicious, complex, and memorable goodness.

Massive hop additions of Citra and Ekuanot are revved to the limit on a chassis of Rye, Munich, and light caramel malts. Intensely bitter, extremely hop forward, and amazingly drinkable, this is a Double IPA with full throttle hoppiness…

We've combined fresh and unprocessed grapefruit juice together with cascade and centennial hops to give you the ultimate thirst quenching beer. Light in colour but heavy in flavour, this beer will leave you reaching for the next one!

It's a pale ale with a fair bit under the hood, an American style pale ale that wanders close to amber territory in terms of colour. The hops come across as candied orange and pine while the dark caramel malts have an equal role to play before a firm bitterness wraps things up.
