Volume V of our Long Live Rock and Roll series of Double IPAs, this one in celebration of the release of Dunbarrow's LP on Riding Easy Records. Bittered with German Magnum, finished with Sorachi Ace (kettle) and whole leaf Hallertau Blanc (hop back). Dry hopped with Mandarina, Hallertau Blanc and Sorachi Ace.

The third creation in a series of “Milkshake DIPAs.” Lactose, whole vanilla beans, and heaps of oats contribute a fully body and a silky-smooth finish. Hand-zested and juiced fresh limes highlight the existing citrus notes from Equinox, El Dorado, and Mosaic hops.

This German style ale is our interpretation of the domestic Festbier. Our märzenbier has a clean, rich, toasty, and bready malt flavor with a restrained bitterness. This well balanced ale showcases German malt flavors with strength and drinkability.

DRY HOPPED SAISON This isn’t your ordinary Saison. Because we love hop characteristics more than most things in life, we had to dry hop the beer. This beer uses the elusive Nelson Sauvin. Yes, we got our hands on just enough for a limited release. We also use Columbus and Citra. All the good ones. The flavor is fruity and citrusy with a spicy yeast character you expect from a Saison. It’s coming in at 6.9% ABV and 31 IBU.

Collaboration West Coast IPa with Nelson, Citra, Mosaic and El Dorado Hops

Take a stroll down the road less traveled. Aged in rye whiskey barrels, Dissentience isn't concerned about fitting in or conforming to the masses. Notes of vanilla, brown sugar, and rye spices blend with subtle barrel characteristics, making this beer the perfect companion for getting away.

Brewed with orange peel and coriander, this Belgian White Ale displays flavors of wheat, grain and sweet citrus. Embellish with a slice of orange for tasty treat.

Stone 12th Anniversary Bitter Chocolate Oatmeal Stout aged in Bourbon Barrels Originally inspired by recipes of two Team Stone members, Stone 12th Anniversary Bitter Chocolate Oatmeal Stout became an instant classic. The onyx-hued beer also proved to be an ideal barrel-aging specimen, thanks to its rich, thick mouthfeel and chocolate-heavy flavors and aromatics. CELLAR NOTES An already magnificent beer’s mouthwatering recipe of unsweetened chocolate, flaked oats and dark-roasted malts is made even more deliciously complex care of oak barrels that previously nurtured bourbon. These amazing vessels impart oak and coconut-like flavors upfront while accentuating the silky smooth midpalate with oak vanillin notes. The finish is long and intense, with layers of chocolate and oak vanillin. You might be tempted to lick the glass for every last drop of this delectable adult confection.

Pineapple Sour.

Reminiscent of your favorite frozen cocktail, Kentucky Rickhouse Series No. 7 is the refreshing result of wheat, limes, and tequila barrels. We took an American Wheat Ale, brewed it with a heavy hand of limes, and let it age in freshly dumped tequila barrels. The result is a burst of key lime flavor followed by notes of oak and agave with a clean finish.

Our first brew in the series is VP01, an 11% imperial stout that we have matured in first fill bourbon barrels for 6 months. The resulting beer is big, rich and bursting with flavour.

Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Jameson Irish Whiskey, this complex yet approachable Brown Ale is brewed with lactose for body and coffee aged in Jameson Irish Whiskey barrels. Chocolately, rich and infinitely drinkable, this unique Ale celebrates Jameson’s Caskmates Program and a mutual love of “beer with coffee”. Malted milk, chocolate and fresh-ground coffee bean aromas bring to mind the finest cup of authentic cubano espresso coffee while flavors of toffee, semi-sweet chocolate and a touch of roast on the palate are complimented by espresso and a touch of vanilla. Notes of vanilla and Irish whiskey present softly in the background of this full bodied but infinitely drinkable brown ale.

By combining Cascade and Centennial hops, we have created a tantalizing combination resulting in our delicious California India Pale Ale. Very hoppy on the nose it is well balanced with notes of orange zest and floral aromas are layered throughout, with hints of grapefruit on the palate. The color is the hue of untarnished brass. This IPA goes well with your fresh caught seafood, grilled burgers or on its own.

Imperial stout brewed with spices

This is the next edition of our fruited IPA series. It has a distinctly tropical and floral nose to it. The flavor is different than the aroma in that it is a smoother tropical note to accent our citrus hops that are found in the base beer.
