Mangy Rabbit

Smell that? Smells like citrus and grass. Mangy Rabbit’s boppin’ our way, dig? Really rattles the cages of these Park Avenue squares, man. Thinks he can cover that dank aroma with mango, pineapple and grapefruit. He must’ve hotboxed knee-deep in fruit salad, man. Right on!

Munich Gold

“Munich Gold” closely resembles our Münchner Hell in terms of taste and mainly owes its popularity to a slightly higher original gravity and the malty note. The result is a full-bodied yet mild taste which delivers an increasingly bitter note before culminating into an aromatic finish. A real treat for true beer connoisseurs! The types of barley grown in the Swabian Jura and in the Upper Palatinate Region of Bavaria are excellently suited for the production of this timeless classic.

Oatmeal IPA

Our Oatmeal IPA will change the way you look at IPA! Brewed with a generous portion of flaked oats that provide a creamy, velvet-like mouthfeel, this IPA takes nearly all of its hops (Chinook, Mosaic and Citra) as late additions and dry hops during fermentation, resulting in big aromas and flavors of grapefruit and cantaloupe with very little bitterness. Enjoy this beer, best paired with sunshine, friends and good vibes.

Spring Saison

A collaboration with our friends at Birds Fly South Ale Project. A crisp and refreshing mixed field saison brewed with Linden blossoms, Chamomile and Elderflowers. Floral aroma reminiscent of wildflower honey. Fermented with both breweries’ mixed saison cultures for a complex yeast profile. Dedicated to Bob Sylvester, owner and brewer of Saint Somewhere Brewing. He mentored Shawn from Birds Fly South and was very helpful in the opening of Zebulon.

Wish You Were Clear

American Triple IPA "This juicy, triple IPA was brewed with copious amounts of Mosaic hops that give it aromatics of tangerine and peach, with flavors to match. Notes of mango and white wine compliment a full, sticky, mouthfeel, and a low-bitterness finish. Don't trade your cold comfort for change - it's ok to wish it were clear."

Specter

IT'S THERE AND THEN IT'S NOT. Specter, our NE Style IPA has a number of very distinct traits that separate it from the rest of our IPAs. It’s smooth, creamy mouthfeel and it's hazy appearance are by-products of a number of ingredients and process. We used nearly 20% oats in the mash, a chloride-heavy water chemistry, and low flocculating yeast. We aggressively hopped Specter with late boil and whirlpool additions, leaving it with little perceived lingering bitterness, but rather a tropical and juicy finish. If that wasn't enough, we dry-hopped this beer twice with Citra, Mosaic, Amarillo, and Nelson Sauvin to add aromas of citrus and stone fruits. Specter is a distinct and deliberate departure from the high-clarification common in most of Fulton’s lineup. But don’t let that fool you, this is Fulton…NE (MPLS) style.
