The doubly beefed up version of our Citra-bomb Heathen IPA, Double Heathen DIPA is as the name suggests, dry hopped with a unholy amount of Citra as well as Mosaic hops. The result? A double IPA so scrumptiously juicy and perfumed with a bouquet of citrus and tropical fruits that one sip will transport you to another dimension of hoppy paradise. Yet for its hefty 10% strength, the fluffy mouthfeel makes it drink remarkably easy. You have been warned.

We’re totally Frucht around here. In fact, we may just be filled to the brim, with excitement, that is. Our threshold is 250 BBLs, to be more precise. That’s the total capacity of each oak foeder at Bruery Terreux. One is dedicated exclusively to Frucht, our series of fruited Berliner Weisse-style beers. Known for a tart flavor profile and traditionally low ABV, our German-style wheat beer gains even more funky notes and natural earthy-woodiness from its fermentation in the large oak foeder vessel. Each installment in the series features a new fruit, or Frucht, if we’re Sprechen sie Deutsch. This installment has raspberries added. Prost!

This beer is really hoppy but not bitter. It is an ale and a lager. It is juicy, herbal, floral, smooth, crisp, and doesn't taste like anything else. It is a sessionable version of a non-sessionable style. Hopped? Confused? Once you try it, you'll get it. It is deliciously straight forward

New England style IPA, brewed with Citra, El Dorado and Mosaic hops. Nicknamed “Pinks & Greens,” the Army dress uniform during World War II consisted of a dark olive-drab gabardine wool coat with a sewn-on belt, the “Greens,” and light-shade drab trousers, the “Pinks”. By 1945 the US Army had grown to over 8 million soldiers and fought victoriously in some of the largest and bloodiest campaigns in its history. Patriotism soared at an all time high and the Army was the most revered. Our head brewer enlisted in the Army shortly after his 18th birthday and proudly continues his service to this day. As the Army considers a return of “Pinks & Greens,” we present this tribute to the sacrifices made by so many Americans in the name of freedom.

Unfiltered English-style amber with juicy raspberries and blackberries.

Inspired by a trip to Belgium and designed to resemble the character of lambic found in the town of its namesake, Train to Beersel showcases a slightly higher ABV than you’ll find in most other lambics. As such, the body of the beer is more pronounced, adding a certain roundness to the sour notes while elevating the customary level of funk. Additional complexity is derived from extensive aging in once used French Oak Cabernet Sauvignon barrels and once used American Oak Sauvignon Blanc barrels, and by utilizing the time-honored tradition of bottle conditioning with Brettanomyces Lambicus. It’s an inviting combination that’s full of nuanced turns - and an excursion that’s rarely replicated on this side of the globe.

Milkshake IPA Brewed with lactose,Candied Bitter orange peel and vanilla beans.

Blood Money is a super juicy Blood Orange IPA, with aroma and flavor bursting at the seams. Bravo and Cascade hops and a hearty grain bill complement the juiciness of the blood orange.

Hoppy wheat ale Contrary to German or Belgian style wheats, thus ale is super crisp and fresh and drinks more like a juicy pale ale.
