First Furrow is our collaboration with Counter Weight Brewing of Hamden, CT. It was an honor welcoming Matt and Sean to our brewery and with a shared commitment to the style, we knew we had to brew a pilsner. Having recently taken delivery of new American oak foeders we felt particularly inspired by the Czech tradition of brewing into wood. Brewed with all Bohemian malt, it developed a slight oaky tannin quality from its fermentation in the foeder - an accent complimented by the light dry hop with lemony Czech Kazbek hops. It's a beer we’re thoroughly enjoying as we prepare for the bustle of Spring.

A beer so juicy, it overshadows even the greatest icons amidst a sweltering sweat sesh on muscle beach. ‘More intensity!’ chants The Governator, whilst The Rock strains for one last rep and The Italian Stallion laces up the gloves for battle. But he’s no match for this Juiced-Up Extra Summer Ale. Light in body & bitterness, dosing hard on fruity hops & the juices of Kiwi, Strawberry and Passionfruit. We’d throw in the towel too. Aaaadrian, I’m thirsty! We’ve added real fruit to this beer; Strawberry Puree, Passionfruit Puree and Kiwifruit.

At Two Brothers we love hops and we love coffee. So, it was only a matter of time before we blended the two together. Red Eye Coffee IPA starts off with a complex fruity and toasty character with deep cacao notes that finish with a pleasant pine and citrus hop flavor. This seamless blend perfectly combines two of our favorite vices into a beveragefor any time of day. Cheers.

NEIPA

This is the new release of our original Sparkling Dry Cider. The new label emphasizes that it is a naturally sparkling heritage cider. `Brut Nature’ is the champagne classification that means completely dry - 0% residual sugar. The secondary fermentation was started in the bottles in June of 2017, and the cider rested on its lees in the bottle until we disgorged the yeast in February 2018. It is elegantly balanced with deep apple character, smooth tannins and well integrated acidity. Ready to drink now as a celebratory aperitif with your favorite cheese!

This single-varietal ice cider is being aged in a French oak barrel, imparting structure and delicate spice. Northern Spy is an antique variety of apple that was one of the three most popular in America at the end of the 19th century. It has a sweetly tart flavor that is superbly enhanced by the oak.
