American Wild Ale with Peaches

Pillow Feathers is the softest IPA we have made to date. Double dry hopped with Citra, El Dorado and Mosaic making this our biggest hop addition at 9lbs of hops per barrel.

The second in our new series of session ales, this hazy, light and mild ale was brewed with hops from both sides of the globe... Rakau hops from New Zealand and Amarillo hops from the U.S.

Disturbingly drinkable for a double IPA. This time we kept it simple and built this heavenly hoppy brew with a straightforward malt bill that lays a solid foundation for the hop whirlwind that ensues each time you take a sip. Just a touch of crystal malt lends a nice subtle sweetness that harmonizes with the resinous, sticky sweet hop profile and gives the beer a golden orange glow in the glass, reminiscent of rays of sunshine peeking through the clouds of a passing storm. Batten the hatches, but enjoy the beauty, because this Tropical Disturbance will soon pass.

We have produced a double IPA chock-full of Centennial and Mosaic hops, a beer so powerful it will drive you ‘DIPA Underground’. At 8,5% ABV this beer is clean, well balanced and sure to have you dancing on cinema seats and dodging crashing helicopters no time!

A Blonde Ale with Pilsner and Carahell Malt for a golden color and smooth malt backbone with just enough Cascade Hops to build a subtle hop character to enhance the earthy and spicy citrus notes from added paradise seeds and local Wildflower Honey!

KD is a semi-sweet small batch mead made with Arizona wildflower honey, custom roasted Ghanaian Cacao nibs that Charlie brought us from Cycle’s favorite Chocolatier in Florida, 140 pounds of red dragon fruit that Charlie picked up from a dragon fruit orchard in Florida and drove across the US to our production facility, and a blend of 200 pounds of whole pitted sweet and tart cherries.

SEDUCTIVELY SMOOTH Our brewers have poured their hearts and roasted malts into this rich, slightly sweet stout. Luscious notes of coffee and chocolate accent the smooth, creamy mouth feel. We will not apologize for any amorous affairs resulting from the consumption of this beverage.

A easy drinking Wheat Ale brewed with German Pilsner, Oats, and Spices (coriander, orange peel, chamomile)

Sour farmhouse ale aged with merlot grapes, rose hips & rose petals.

Style: Dry Hopped Sour Pale Ale Malts: Pilsner, Munich, Cara Crystal, Flaked Oats, Cara Aroma. Hops: Centennial. Hailing from Washington State, the hop known as ‘Super-Cascade’ due to it’s near double alpha content to Cascade, Centennial brings citrus and floral notes as well as a refreshing added bitterness to this tart 5% Dry Hopped Sour Pale Ale. Notes on the label design from our graphic designer Kasper Ledet: “Both designs are based on an extremely grainy photograph with soft pastel coloured Photoshop brushes. The photo is depicting the view over Øresund from modern art museum Louisiana located north of Copenhagen. The photo is shot in very low light and the light sensitivity of the camera has been set to maximum. This creates an extremely textured image and also adds some digital artefacts in the form of coloured lines. The design balances between the figurative and the abstract and is both a photograph and a digital painting.”

The Shape of Lager to Come is our reinvention of the American pale lager. We gave this a large dry hop addition with Mandarina Bavaria giving it huge notes of tangerine and other citrus.

Wet hopped with fresh Citra, Spook Hill rolls up your palette with juicy mango, papaya, and subtle woody notes.

Our Belgian Style Tripel aged in Cabernet oak barrels for 6 months.

We carefully selected barrels of stout from our cellar and blended them together to capture a singular moment in time. Eternal Rest is a combination of Russian Imperial Stout aged for 19 months in Armagnac Barrels and Imperial Stout aged 25 months in Bourbon Barrels. The blend was then conditioned on top of fresh vanilla beans and toasted coconut. Cheers to new beginnings and endless horizons.

Farmhouse Lager is a lighter version of our long-time brew, Avant Garde. It is our first foray into the 12oz bottle/six-pack world, as we have been mostly known for large format (750ml bottles). Still beginning with an initial malt sweetness and a subtle hop presence, this lager finishes smooth and crisp. Perfect for an evening out on your porch or with some fresh baked bread pulled straight from the oven.
