The first beer our brewer Kevin ever entered into a competition was this Imperial Stout, named after his first born daughter, Keagan, who was born on the day he had originally planned on brewing this beer. That brew day was postponed for over a week, until he was able to bring her home from the hospital. The result was a silver medal in the best of show competition of 500 entries! Which got Kevin to thinking... maybe he could do this for a living? A seed was planted, and Kevin would spend the next year of his life working full time at his day job while also putting together the people and information needed to start a business. This beer is very special to us, because in our mind, this is the beer that "started it all"

Pushing the limits of what is typically perceived as a Stout, Stony Joe presents itself as a rich golden ale, while bending your mind with the flavors and aromas of a coffee milk stout. Cocoa Nibs and fresh locally roasted coffee impart rich roasty mocha notes to the smooth malt body. Pour yourself a cup of Joe. We swear it's a stout. Stony Joe may look like a bright golden ale but it'll bend your mind with the flavor and aroma of a coffee milk stout. Cocoa nibs and fresh locally-roasted coffee impart rich roasty mocha notes you're used to from a traditional malt bill. It's a bit of alchemy with all that lush, smooth sweetness hiding just behind the pale color. It's not your morning cup of Joe.

6th in the Redstone Reserve Series. Traditional-style mead, made with only a trio of honeys and no other fruits or spices.

A German Style Hefeweizen brewed with 50% wheat malt and 50% Barley malt. Fermented warmer than the other ales to produce that banana aroma and flavor. Light and refreshing!

Out of the deranged minds of our lead brewer Nick Zeigler abetted by Floridian flavour magicians J Wakefield and T.Odd Strauss from Slim Pickens comes our third and possibly strangest ‘Vice’ series beer yet. Engine, Engine No. 9 is a cherry cola inspired Berliner Weiss featuring no less than 20 different ingredients to create a unique beverage with that most recognisable of flavours. It erm… tastes like cherry cola, try it, don’t try it… The Choice is Yours.

A traditional German style beer from Cologne, Germany, this ale is fermented colder ensuring a crisp, clean and refreshing flavor. Lightly hopped to accentuate the Pale and Vienna malts. Perfect after a long run or a short walk.

Cedar Ridge Barrel Aged Saison

Traditional Scottish Ale, Boasts light brown, medium bodied supremely dominated by dark caramel flavors and a mild roasted malt. Dark cherry and caramel nose.

This is our bourbon barrel-aged imperial brown ale, Mash, stretching to new levels. Mash & Coconut features nearly 400lbs. of toasted coconut per batch, which ratchets up the complex, native coconut character and complements the oaky and vanilla notes that are imparted to the beer as part of its extensive maturation in bourbon barrels.

Hoppy, sweet, hazy, fresh, fruity

A caramel brown colored Belgian Quadrupel with fruity aromatics of black cherry and apple, alongside the looming presence of notable alcohol vapors. Sweet brown sugar and hard candy flavors transition quickly to a warming, almost hot mouthfeel. The lingering effect of the high alcoholic strength creates a slight dryness, as if it evaporates from the palate.

The guys who started Magic Rock have been friends with some of the brew team here since before either brewery existed, but somehow, we had never made a beer together! Well, watch out world, because it's finally happened! On a base of extra pale, 25% wheat and a touch of acidulated malt to accentuate the acidity of the lemon, we went hard with "all the good hops" to bring out a heavy citrus character; hitting the whirlpool with Citra and the dry hop with Citra, HBC438 and Lemondrop (see what we did there?!) We topped this up with lashings and lashings of lemon comminute to give us a delicious and refreshing drink to bring you back to your youth.

Being ripe means being ready…and thoroughly juicy! This is the freshest, ripest beer you can imagine. With each batch of Cranky IPA, we watch it develop right under our noses, and when it’s ripe, it’s ready for blending with New Haven CT’s RIPE Craft Juice™ fresh pressed into each batch for perfect hoppy harmony. Inside this can you will find RIPE ‘N’ Cranky Pineapple IPA. A smooth and clean malt base sets the stage for an explosion of fresh tropical juice and hop aroma. Fresh pressed Costa Rican Pineapple Juice mingle brilliantly with bright aromas of tropical citrus, pineapple, and orange from the substantial additions of Zythos, Citra, Idaho 7, Jarrylo and Azacca hops.

An aggressively hopped IPA crafted for hop lovers! The Joker still maintains a malt backbone that won't overwhelm your palate while it maintains "hints" of mango and tropical fruits as well as citrus and tropical aromas.
