Sour Ale with Cherries — No, this beer isn't named for the season of Fall. Rather, it's named after one of the waterways meandering through Indianapolis — Fall Creek. We brewed this sour ale with real cherries to be consumed any time of year. Optimally while enjoying the natural beauty all around us every day.

A strong and chewy stout created by blending several dark and rich malts. This approach creates the impression of layers of fruitiness, chocolate and coffee. This type of beer was originally made for the Czars of Russia by British brewers.

‘Merica is a single malt, single hop farmhouse ale. It’s brewed with floor malted pilsner and 3lbs per bbl Nelson Sauvin hops. The beer is conditioned with 2 brett strains and wine yeast. The Nelson hops provide white wine flavors while Brettanomyces add a juicy quality to the beer.

Collaboration with Amager Bryghyus Amager is an island south of picturesque Copenhagen, mostly notable as the home of the airport, the place you go to get high and the common colloquial name for Amager is Lorteøen (Shit Island). But Amager has much more to offer than you might think. Like these two dedicated brewers from Amager Bryghus, who traveled all the way from Amager to the states to brew a pitch-black and troublesome Imperial Stout infused with the cutest blueberries. It might look shitty, but once you let it sink in you can feel the love within.

Formerly Stone Xocoveza For The Holidays & The New Year Our chocolaty, winter-spiced mocha stout is back. This insanely delicious take on Mexican hot chocolate is crafted with cocoa, coffee, pasilla peppers, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. First brewed in 2014 with San Diego homebrewer Chris Banker after his recipe was named the winner of our annual homebrew competition, it quickly became a cross-country sensation as craft beer media and fans cheered for Stone Xocoveza…and clamored for more. We too loved this beer, so of course we caroled ¡Claro que sí! Now gifted with a new name, Stone Xocoveza for the Holidays & the New Year has joined our eminent lineup of special releases. We’re releasing it just in time for that time of the year when the joyous spirit of giving is in the air and good behavior is generously rewarded.

Aged in 20 year Pappy Van Winkle Bourbon barrels.

The first commercial batch was a collaboration with our good friends at DryHop Brewers. To break from tradition this beer uses Simcoe and Citra in the boil and dryhop. A smooth drinking big beer with big flavors of orange, pineapple and pear. Expect the Devil to return.

Brew in Collaboration with Mikkeller for the Ratebeer European Summer Gathering. Made with lactose, oats, wheat, and pilsner malt. The beer underwent a 12 hour sour mash to add a little tartness. Hopped with Citra and Sorachi ace. Dry hopped with Sorachi Ace and Centennial along with 1kg of fresh lemon peel.

This version was brewed at Hill Farmstead... the intended original vision! A hoppy, brettanomyces IPA.
