Rough & Ready DIPA

Released twice per year. This heavyweight double IPA has a strong pine and resin hop bitterness, checking in at 100 IBUs. Some light citrus hop aroma rounds out the hop character. A strong malt body provides enough sweetness to support the bitterness, and dark golden color. This beer was specifically designed to complement, not overpower, our rotating lineup of lagers.

Alby Crisp is an easy drinking contemporary lager. It's light body and mild bitterness make it super refreshing any time of the year. In 1837, the Albion Brewery poured WA's first beer. More than 175 years later, they bring you the "new" Albion and Alby: locally brewed using 100% WA grown barley.

Draft Lab: Maibock

This traditional pale spring Bockbier, also known as Hellerbock, was quietly lagered throughout the winter months. Deep rich golden in color with aromas of honey, toffee and straw which carry through to the flavor. Malty smooth for its deceptive strength, with a pleasant floral noble hop and drying, firm bitterness to balance.

Elsie

As a West Australian brewery we’re proud of our roots. We love the endless stretches of WA coastline, the Freo Doctor taking the edge off a hot Summer’s afternoon or casting a line from a tinny on the Swan. So, it felt only natural for us to make a beer just for WA. We’ve named the beer ‘Elsie’ after our beloved Kombi. She’s been with us since Day 1 – just like WA. She holds a special place in our hearts and is the perfect symbol of the carefree, laid back WA lifestyle we love being a part of. Elsie is inspired by the gold rush era Steam Ales of California. It’s our adaptation made fresh locally on our very own West Coast. Elsie is a refreshing ale with hints of citrus that give way to a subtle maltiness, finishing clean and dry. It’s the perfect beer for the west coast lifestyle. Call it a thank you, a cheers for all the help, or just a bloody good beer for the locals.

Firetower Coffee Porter

Brewed with Maris Otter pale malt, flaked barley, pale chocolate malt, black malt, and brown malt which gives this beer a rich robust flavor. Chinook and cascade hops are added to the boil that add bitterness that balances out the sweetness from the malts. After fermentation we added 5lbs of local Firetower Ethiopian coffee beans to the fermenter. The coffee beans add a unique and complex aroma and taste.

James Bean

James Bean is brewed with Allagash's house blend of 2-row malted barley. It’s hopped with Nugget and Hallertau then fermented with our house yeast. After fermentation and aging in bourbon barrels for just shy of two months, Allagash adds cold-brewed coffee from a local coffee roaster, Speckled Ax. The beans are a naturally processed Ethiopian variety, known for their stone fruit and dark berry flavors. The finished beer features notes of caramel, bourbon, and coffee.

Extra Pale Ale

Our XPA is a strong pale ale, with the booze at the higher side of a pale ale but lower end of an IPA. In our brewers mind this is an ode to the English ESB but released in a US style with more booze and lots more hops!

Trent & Mersey

The nearly 100 mile Trent and Mersey Canal was cut into the English countryside beginning in 1766 and runs through the legendary brewing town of Burton upon Trent and very well may have aided in the shipping of the very first barley wine. Our take on an English Barley Wine is everything you might expect, plus some things you may not. We added a faint hint of smoked malt to the grain bill and aged it in bourbon barrels for over a year to achieve a dark, bitter and sweet ale with a whiskey barrel finish.
