This traditional pale spring Bockbier, also known as Hellerbock, was quietly lagered throughout the winter months. Deep rich golden in color with aromas of honey, toffee and straw which carry through to the flavor. Malty smooth for its deceptive strength, with a pleasant floral noble hop and drying, firm bitterness to balance.

Our Kolsch is designed as a thirst quencher. It's a light and bright handcrafted beer. Golden straw in colour and well balanced with subtle fruity characters from the hops. An all round firm favourite.

As a West Australian brewery we’re proud of our roots. We love the endless stretches of WA coastline, the Freo Doctor taking the edge off a hot Summer’s afternoon or casting a line from a tinny on the Swan. So, it felt only natural for us to make a beer just for WA. We’ve named the beer ‘Elsie’ after our beloved Kombi. She’s been with us since Day 1 – just like WA. She holds a special place in our hearts and is the perfect symbol of the carefree, laid back WA lifestyle we love being a part of. Elsie is inspired by the gold rush era Steam Ales of California. It’s our adaptation made fresh locally on our very own West Coast. Elsie is a refreshing ale with hints of citrus that give way to a subtle maltiness, finishing clean and dry. It’s the perfect beer for the west coast lifestyle. Call it a thank you, a cheers for all the help, or just a bloody good beer for the locals.

Karengo is an edible purple seaweed from Kaikoura, NZ. A Gose (go-sah) is a cloudy German wheat beer brewed with salted water. Karengose (Ka-ren-go-sah) fuses German style & NZ Karengo into something rich and strange, tart & briny with a luscious sour finish.

Our XPA is a strong pale ale, with the booze at the higher side of a pale ale but lower end of an IPA. In our brewers mind this is an ode to the English ESB but released in a US style with more booze and lots more hops!

The nearly 100 mile Trent and Mersey Canal was cut into the English countryside beginning in 1766 and runs through the legendary brewing town of Burton upon Trent and very well may have aided in the shipping of the very first barley wine. Our take on an English Barley Wine is everything you might expect, plus some things you may not. We added a faint hint of smoked malt to the grain bill and aged it in bourbon barrels for over a year to achieve a dark, bitter and sweet ale with a whiskey barrel finish.

Inoculum's charity beer for those involved in the Orland Pulse Shooting. A soured ale with strawberries, lemons, and limes. Strawberry nose, sour bite, floral finish. 100% of the proceeds from this beer were donated to help those involved in the Orland Pulse shooting.
