Hoarders Society exclusive blend of our Sour In The Rye and our bourbon barrel aged old-ale, Sucré, with the addition of an incredible number of boysenberries. This deep purple beer is textured with sweet notes of caramelized malts, spicy rye, oak, juicy berries and a pleasantly sour funk. It’s a rather befuddling meld of flavors with an outcome that we couldn’t enjoy more.

This is a tart, fruit beer made in the likeness of a Berliner weisse bier. This original Florida weisse beer was brewed with the juice from 400 pounds of locally grown raspberries, giving it it's lovely pink color & adding a berry fruity tartness to this already tart beer. Perfectly refreshing beer for this sweaty, Florida summer weather.

Meaning Beer Belly in German, Bierbauch was the Provisions Series ale for the month of May 2011, so of course we had to make a Maibock! And we’re The Bruery, so of course we had to make it imperial! And why stop there when you can age it in oak barrels for a few months? The last strong beer you’ll need before the heatwave of summer is upon us, this verson of the traditional German lager is rich and oaky.

Shoreline’s 50th batch is a strong offering with intermingling flavors of molasses, currant, berries, and caramel. It is then aged for a year in the barrel that contained 15 year old Elijia Craig Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey. Creamy, malty, and full-bodied, the Big Gruesome Stout is scary good. The intense, roasty flavor comes from two types of chocolate malt and raw cocoa nibs. The stout is then aged on whole vanilla beans and more raw cocoa nibs to enhance the chocolate flavors. Rich peanut butter is introduced throughout the entire brewing process to make this stout even more Gruesome.

Big Tony's American Imperial Stout is brewed by Kuhnhenn Brewing Co. exclusively for The Wine Garden and aged for 18 months in our own Buffalo Trace Bourbon barrels hand-selected by our very own Tony for our exclusive single-barrel bourbon releases! This American Imperial Stout recipe is a brand-new recipe from Kuhnhenn, never before brewed. After aging for a year and a half, this "Big" beer clocks it at a whopping 12.9% ABV and will continue to age in bottles for years to come - if you can manage not to drink it all immediately! Initially on the nose, Big Tony's smells like a bourbon mash, but the first taste is all cocoa with a deep espresso finish. Kuhnhenn's head brewer, Todd Schwem, called this a "killer" beer before it even got into the barrels - now, 18 months later, it is a beautiful beast!
