The final blend is finished with Georgia peach-juice, a hint of mint and a kiss of Tupelo honey aged in Bourbon barrels. Full whiskey notes right up front, layered,very smooth, toasted oak tannins and vanilla.Velvety peach and a hint of mint julep. Blended straight from whiskey barrels.Give a solid bottoms-up tilt and swirlto disperse sediment evenly to best enjoy whiskey aromas and unique bouquet. Check out a piece of Nashville brewing history! Gerst Brewery was the original Nashville brewery, but never recovered after prohibition. We are excited to partner with the Chandler Family, owners of the Gerst Haus Restaurant, to bring this beer back right where it belongs – Nashville, Tennessee. This is a very “clean” beer, with mostly German malts and a hint of flaked maize, remaining as true as possible to the original Gerst recipe. 11 IBUs

In order to fit barrel work into our facility, we've begun working with smaller barrels from Corsair Distillery. For this beer, we make use of Corsair’s unique gin barrels. Typically barrels aren't used to make gin, but they create a specific gin that is aged in their used spiced rum barrels. We have selected these barrels to finish Pony Pilsner. The result is a beer that maintains its clean pilsner base, but stacks on refreshing flavors of botanicals, spice, and oak.

Light, approachable and highly crushable, this Golden Ale is the perfect companion for a night on the town or a night on your couch.

Wild ale aged in white wine barrels with lemon zest added.

Brewed with an abundance of wheat malt, loads of Chinook and Cascade hops and authentic Belgian yeast. Named after Samuel Gompers, the man who founded the AFL and promoted harmony among the different craft unions that comprised it.

A mad mashup of the entire Clencher series, this beer is hopped with Citra, Simcoe, Amarillo, Centennial, Mosaic, Galaxy, and Meridian hops. Clencher is loaded with pine and citrus aromas and the body and alcohol to compliment its assertive flavors.

Double Barrel-aged Imperial Pumpkin Ale. The Imperial Pumpkin Ale was aged in two different types of barrels: half was aged in rum barrels and half was aged in bourbon barrels.

This beer combines the rich, roasty flavors of a porter with those found in a traditional pumpkin pie. The complex aroma practically jumps from the glass. An intriguing mix of chocolate and spice… The flavor is robust with notes of dark chocolate, pumpkin pie and a caramel sweetness accentuated by a generous addition of molasses to the boil. The interplay of the cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and allspice gives this beer a very pleasant finish. Additional Information: The pumpkins used in this brew were grown at Larry Jacinto farms right down the street from the brewery. We were very excited when Larry told us that he had a great crop of pumpkins growing literally ½ mile from the brewery. Once the pumpkins were seeded and quartered, we teamed up with the Gourmet Pizza shop in downtown Redlands to utilize their giant pizza oven to help roast all that pumpkin. This beer was a true community effort!

5 Grass is a refreshing yet substantial beer that is pale in color and nicely hoppy. With this beer, we wanted to invoke the brisk, clean aroma of the desert. The recipe makes use of three unique hop varieties as well as some carefully chosen herbs and spices - juniper, sage, and Tasmanian pepperberry, among others - to give a beautiful outdoorsy scent. With it’s smooth clean malt flavors and a unique, complex nose, 5 Grass is like a refreshing walk in the wide open spaces.
