A Mexican lager brewed with Vienna and German Pilsner malt and German bittering hops. Light and refreshing, perfect for a Florida summer.

A milkshake style IPA brewed with bludgeoning additions of milk sugar and flaked oats contribute to a rich, full body, and deep haze. The aromatics present tart apricot, clean citrus, and juicy cantaloupe; this couples nicely with creamy malted oat, apricot preserves and orange scone flavors.

A blend of New Zealand and American hops create a uniquely smooth and drinkable IPA. Waimea, Rakau, and Cascade hops combine to produce a flavor and bitterness more subtle and smooth than your typical American IPA!

Paradise Pineapple IPA (formerly known as Ono Pineapple IPA) is infused with 100% Dole pineapple juice. The Dole Pineapple plantation is located on 2700 acres in central Oahu. Although there is nothing like tasting a juicy pineapple, picked fresh from the plantation, this beer is a close second!

Our Pilsner is brewed with the very best lager malts and hopped with Perle, Tettnanger and mittelfruh to give an aroma of lemon, barley sugar and noble hops with a mouth-watering bittersweet flavour and finish long, clean and bittersweet.

This classic saison embraces the complexity of lime zest and cracked peppercorns to create a delightful balance of citric sweetness & gentle heat.

Sea Dragon Basil Blonde is light and session-able with bright notes of fresh herbs and a light sweetness of honey. Two-row, wheat, honey malt and Carapils provide the base for 360 pounds of honey and a generous addition of basil.

Soulless is anything but... It has a rich full body with loads of caramel, toffee, and toasted malt. silky smooth and dangerously drinkable is Diablos Curse.

A creamy, smooth Stout that features chocolate and coffee flavors. Challenger and Fuggle hops complete this take on a Sweet Stout.

NEIPA - Double dry-hopped with El Dorado, Galaxy & Citra. Look for tons of citrus, tropical fruit and a touch of stone fruit from the heavy dose of hops, a velvety mouthfeel and a soft, clean bitterness.

Blackberry Gose - A classic Gose brewed with Pink Himalayan Sea Salt & Coriander that was rested on 170 lbs of blackberry puree. Look for the traditional tart character, hints of lemon from the coriander, a touch of salinity and a beautiful blackberry nose and finish.

The base beer is the Red Jam, which we consider the world’s most intriguing and drinkable red ale. The Red Jam is slightly tart with dried fruit and berry flavors. As before, no fruit, puree, syrups, or extracts are added. The jam like nuances originate from the unique combination of grains, hops, and bush tea! We barrel age the Red Jam to create the Barreled Jam. The aging process brings forth notes of chocolate, coconut, and vanilla. The combination of which creates a fascinating sensory experience that is easy to drink and divine with dessert! Cheers!
