Pours black as night with aromas of sweet chocolate, dark roasted malt, molasses, licorice, dark fruits and a fair amount of booze. The flavors start off with plenty of chocolate slowly giving way to hints of dark fruits, molasses, licorice, day old coffee and dark malt. The back finish is pretty sweet with quite a bit of booze lingering on the palate long after consumption.

We brew this traditional German-style Pilsner using a triple decoction mash, which delivers more melanoidins, color, flavor, and body than you might find in your average American Lager. A beer with more body because of a malty mouth and finished by a crisp kick of Saaz hops.
A beautiful marmalade color with concentrated citrus and malt aromas that lead into a beer with a rich mouth feel that still finishes clean with a slight malt crispness.
A deep mahogany-colored lager, this beer is full tasting, smooth, malty and ever so slightly sweet. All of this is balanced out by a light touch of noble hops and complex melanoidins, brought together with a traditional decoction method.
Small amounts of crystal malt has been added for color and sweetness. Heavy use of Galena, Simcoe and Citra Hops gives the beer a nice earthy citrus kick.

Delicately hopped with US and UK varieties and featuring a complex malt bill, Summit Barrel-Aged Badge Chaser is a decidedly malt-forward Brown Ale with balanced bitterness and refreshing drinkability. Aged in rye whiskey barrels for 120 days, the beer offers bready, toasted malt flavor with hints of caramel, dark fruit, chocolate, maybe a little espresso, and a dash of hop spice. From the barrel, you can expect some additional notes of brown sugar and toffee, vanilla, and spicy rye.
Macro brewers have been making "crafty" beers for years so we borrowed from their playbook and did our take on their top-selling style. It's light on calories, body and alcohol. We won't call it a Pilsner though. We have our pride. Winner 2018 World Beer Cup Gold Award for Light Lager.

BDubs is a beer named after a dog named after a beer named after a dog, talk about chasing a tale… Blackwell (Bdubs), was owners Jenny and Jason Vincent's long-loved dog. He was given the name of one of Jason's favorite beers: Blackwell Stout (New Haven Brewing), which was named after the brewery dog Blackwell. Legend has it, he was an ornery fella. Glacier gold nail uses a combination of Montana malted barley along with three other specialty mulch to create a golden colored, aromatic, top for minute brew that is light and body and fallen flavor. The new American Citra hop is used to provide tropical fruit aromas that make this session beer the perfect liquid refreshment.

Brewed with 80 lbs. of fresh oranges and a hearty grain bill supported by flaked oats and lactose, our first New England style Double IPA drinks dangerously easy. This beer was dry hopped with nearly 4 lbs. per barrel of Mosaic, El Dorado & Amarillo further accentuating the citrus character of this beer.
Our signature house pale ale is a clean, smooth, and drinkable delight. Made with Cascade hops from the farm and finished with a blend of fresh apricot. This is a tap house favorite!
