An American wheat beer with blueberries. The fruit flies out of the glass to greet you and then balances sweet and tart flavors to create an easy drinking and refreshing experience.

A brash concoction born of a collaboration with the masterminds at Against the Grain. This is a Black NEIPA. Chasing opens with melt-y milk chocolate bar, dank…extracurriculars, and fresh cut tropical fruit. The body comes in full with a clean hoppy finish, massive red berry compote, and airy chocolate mousse. Omnipresent resin flavors make this beer a revelation of innovation.

Our Hippy Berliner was such a success that we ebbed to consumer demand and brewed a special edition with the addition of cooling cucumber. Bursting with sweet cucumber notes, balanced by lemon peel and tropical fruits. On the palate this beer is puckering, but very refreshing, full of cucumber, citrus and balanced by light hopping, finishing very clean.

This honey mustard inspired beer is a Belgian Golden Ale brewed with local honey and mustard seed and dry hopped with Mosaic. Bound to get your fingers sticky icky.

Our Nelson Sauvin-dry-hopped Saison aged in Cabernet barrels for 90 days

Evening Vent is our bold and funky wild IPA brewed with a blend of classic American hops and a crazy new German hop variety (your guess which one;) fermented using some of our favorite Brett stains blended with our house yeasts. Our Head brewer says that Brett & peaches go together like chocolate & peanut butter, so he insisted on jamming a copious amount of peaches into this rustic refined ale bottle conditioned with Brett. Ready to enjoy now or cellar to let the funk do it’s thing. Crack one open and let loose!

Brewed collaboration with and specifically for local Phoenix band Fayuca! Somewhere between an IPA and a Pale ale is where this crushable, concert thirst quencher finds its home. The aroma is bright and clean with grapefruit and melon notes as well as a subtle hint of pine and spice. The initial flavor shows a soft caramel sweetness up front with a smooth transition to a pleasant citrus bitterness on the back end and finishes cleanly.

This Fruited American Sour Ale was brewed with our friends at Playground Brewing Company from S. Korea. This beer was aged for over 8 months in oak and has fruit additions of Black Raspberries, Blackberries, and Raspberries.

Some friends come with a little extra. Hippity Dippity hoppy IPA, fermented with a very special strain of Brettanomyces captured and cultured by a like-minded friend and generously shared with us. Its unique mango and tropical fruit forward flavour marries perfectly with Amarillo, Citra and Galaxy hops to create an IPA with a startling fruit cocktail punch. Here’s to friends with benefits.

Hops. More Hops. And then some more Hops for good measure. So hoppy, our brewers got kicked out of bed by their wives and had to sleep on the couch because they were sweating hops. It's our double IPA, with the addition of our own Nelson Sauvin Hop Oil made from the fresh hop harvest. Which sends it nuclear. Forget about tasting anything else for the rest of the day!

Inspired by the wild iron rich beaches of the west coast we devised a smooth warming stout that combines oats, caramalised rye and chocolate wheat malt with our fruity English yeast strain and some lightly zesty Nelson hops. The result is a stout fit to fortify against wild west coast winter storms and the perfect match to a night beside the fire. Tasting Notes: Aromas of rich nutty malt, dark chocolate and espresso off set with some light citrus and berry fruit . Rich decadent complex malt flavours give way to a smooth roasty finish.

Our Double IPA JETPACK sports 70 IBU's and is dry hopped twice with Chinook, Simcoe, Taiheke and Riwaka hops. An intense, dank, hop showcase.

Our collaboration with Sweden's Electric Nurse. Kiwi Marmalade is our version of Peter and Ida's famous Marmalade IPA. Fresh Pacifica, NZ Liberty, and ... yes... Green Bullet hops (kiwi as mate) as well as a slightly higher abv at 8% to stand up to those hops.

Elusive! And some even worried it may have vanished forever. This awe-inspiring stout is worthy of the Ivory-Billed namesake. A full bodied chocolate stout this is aged on copious amount of fresh roasted Izard Chocolate cacao nibs. Lord God that's a lot of chocolate!
