We didn’t do anything crazy, except brew one of the cleanest and driest Tripels you can find anywhere. The exceptional smoothness and slight acidity disguises the ABV of 9%. You’ll probably taste nuances of orange, apricot, honeydew melon, banana, and bubble gum.

An easy-drinking light-bodied lager lightly hopped with Czech hops. Named in honor of Daniels Hughes, a local hero who was instrumental in operating the "Underground Railroad", helping to free slaves from the south in the mid-1800's.

Take a Juicy Trip with our IPA hopped Belgian Style Tripel. Uniting the best virtues of juicy IPAs and Tripels, the hops and yeast create nuances of tropical fruit, apples, grapefruit and oranges. It’s smooth, fruity, super-drinkable, and dry!

Russian Imperial Stout aged in bourbon barrels.

Pours black with a light tan colored head. This porter has a substantial, complex, and flavorful roast character that tastes of dark chocolate and roasted grains. A fan favorite with it's characteristics of being not too sweet nor too bitter with a smooth aftertaste.

Appearing as a standard porter, this beer glows dark ruby red in bright light. Brewed with rooibos tea, real vanilla beans, and lactose. A complex but very drinkable beer with tasting notes of chocolate, coffee, vanilla, berries, & fresh leaf tobacco.

Imperial Stout with Sour Cherries added

A varietal sparkling cider featuring three heirloom Gravensteins. Bold Gravenstein flavor, floral bouquet, hints of vanilla, medium body, medium clean fresh finish. Easy to drink. Yummy. Imagine biting into your first summer apple, a fresh local Gravenstein. Brunch to dinner.

Eureka and Denali hops burst with notes of pineapple and stone fruit through the straw hued cloud of deliciousness.

A former one off that proved so popular it is now a permanent member of the Holgate lineup. A lactobacillus, sour mash, pale ale brewed with house yeast and a mix of US and Australian hops. A semi-sour pale ale with a refreshing tartness on the palate and a citrus hoppy aroma – perfect for summer. A light and hazy gold, Hop Tart has a zesty aroma of citrus and bright tropical fruits. The flavour awakens the palate with a surprising light tartness that blends beautifully with the lemony hop character. The finish is clean, slightly sour, dry and refreshing – a true new world beer, not bound by style but led by the brewers’ fancy for a quenching summer ale.

Oatmeal stout with cinnamon, vanilla, and lactose

A hybrid style beer combining an American IPA with a Stout. The chocolate and coffee notes derived from the roasted malts round out the copious amounts of hops added late in the boil.

Aged with 100% Canadian Rye Whisky & oak wood. Caramel, honey and vanilla.

With a vibrant color, it’s as beautiful as it is tasty. Vienna’s malt gives this beer a distinguished copper color, a distinct aroma and flavor with subtle hints of toasted malt. With a medium body and light bitterness, it´s the perfect combination of flavor and color.
