System of a Stout [Imperial Armenian Coffee Stout ] - An imperial stout infused with all the traditional ingredients of a savory cup of Armenian coffee: cardamom, molasses, coffee (of course), and brandy. In the kettle, the beer is lightly dosed with green cardamom for exotic spice notes. Molasses adds a richness that seamlessly blends in. The finished beer was then aged for several days on masterfully roasted coffee from Portola Coffee Lab in Costa Mesa. The beer was then aged for several weeks on Armenian brandy-soaked oak chips for yet another dimension of flavors and aromas. Take your time & enjoy this endlessly complex & nuanced beer.

Collaboration with Heavy Seas. Brewed with makted oats, lactose and English hops then fermented with a unique English ale yeast strain from George Gale’s brewery. Post fernentation aged in bourbon barrels spiked with vanilla beans and then hit with Costa Rica Tarrazu coffee from Chesapeake Bay Roasting Co.

This sweet tart sour ale is full of Turkish Delight cherries, giving it a puckered up punch of cherry charm, then it's fermented with some Brettanomyces for that extra funky funk. We love you, Cherry Jane. Do ya?

To celebrate seven years of brewing, Port City has crafted a Scotch ale with a full body and rich copper color. Plumb its malty depths and you'll find notes of raisin bread and chewy caramels complemented by a subtle roastiness.

A liberal dollop of lupulin powder (aka hop dust!) and a medley of our favorite varietals deliver bright, juicy notes of pineapple, mango and bubble gum. Toasty malt plays a restrained supporting role as hop flavors and aromas burst from the glass, singing from center stage.

Those familiar with Mountain Goat will remember an English Style Pale Ale in the lineup, way back in the day. In September 2015 we were finally ready to introduce a new Pale Ale to our core range. After a few years of trialling new recipes, we landed on this hop-driven, American inspired Pale Ale bursting with stone fruit, pine and citrus characters. Well balanced and extremely drinkable, this one is perfect all year round.

American IPA double dry hopped with Citra and Mosaic

This series is our ever-evolving answer to the shifting landscape of IPAs. Each batch is created with a similar malt backbone, but with enough variance from its own sequence of lush, tropical-forward hops to be a unique species. Our passion for maximum flavor drives our unstoppable quest for incredible hop combinations. In this fun-filled exploration of the depths of the lupulin landscape, we are proud to share a fleeting glimpse of our short-lived creation. It's designed with a softer body, sweeter profile, and low bitterness, to showcase many of today's designer hops. Every batch in this hazy series will have its own unique hops line-up. You might be tempted to shelter this creation from extinction by squirreling it away, but to truly enjoy this beer, drink it fresh... then look for the next!

Voggy and hazy India Pale Ale brewed with Mosaic, Citra, and Denali hops, and fermented with London III and Sacc Brux Trios. Appearance: Opaque, hazy, pale golden Aroma: Tangerine, mango, pineapple, pine Flavor: Soft tropical fruit, citrus and piney with moderate bitterness

Buckwheat Saison with Gewürztraminer grape must. Notes of bread crust and a touch of nuttiness come from the malt that combine with our spicy house Belgian yeast alongside hints of grape. An incredibly drinkable beer!

Enjoy this 4th iteration in the NEIPA style with triple dry hopping of Simcoe, Azacca, El Dorado and Huell Melon.

Hops are focused on flavor and aroma first; bitterness is present but restrained to let the intense tropical fruit hop flavor shine.

85 in a 55 is a New England-style Double IPA, brewed in collaboration with our friends from Destihl Brewery in Normal, IL, featuring nearly 9 lbs of Citra, Simcoe, El Dorado, and Idaho 7 hops per bbl, contributing complex tropical and citrus fruit notes consisting of tangerine, red grapefruit, candied apricots, papaya, and mango. We think this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship ;).

Our collaboration combines some of the best attributes of Night Shift's hop-forward beers with DESTIHL's kettle sours. We split this batch in two, brewing half normally and kettle-souring the other half. After both batches were united in one fermenter, we added boysenberry and dry-hopped with a bunch of Mosaic and Citra. The result is a clean, hoppy, juicy pale ale with subtle tartness.

This seasonal amber abbey ale features all the aromatic spices you would find in a traditional chai tea, bringing a taste of fall to this smooth Vienna style amber.

Some say there are as many ways to brew as there are brewers in the world. You may think then, when two brewers meet, conflicts of interest may arise. Nothing was further from the truth when we got together with our friends at Flix Brewhouse. Gripped by the spirit of collaboration and equally determined to avoid brewing yet another summery pale ale, it took little time for us to agree on a Biere de Garde, specifically a Biere de Miel (literally beer with honey). We designed our friendly brew to capture the essence of centuries of refreshing farmhouse ales. With the addition of local honey and Lemondrop hops, ConFlix of Interest delivers a subtle aroma of lemon, banana and freshly cut hay, while being malt forward with notes of toasted honey.
