19th century Pale Ale.

Looking to the west on Atlantic Beach, you'll see the amber sky burning over the ocean. Take a moment to reflect, and appreciate the spectacle of witnessing the water burst with color as the sun sinks below the horizon. Something many other beaches on our side of the states will never be able to experience. With a hazy shade of pale straw, evocative of our island's sunset, this Belgian-style Witbier brings forth characters of subtle citrus and bready notes - finishing with a pleasant degree of creaminess from our use of raw wheat.

Unrelenting force from the broadside rained down upon the vessel. The sound of timber cracking underfoot, as the petrifying gaze of Teach pierces from above. On this day in 1717, she will no longer be La Concorde, but rechristened by Blackbeard himself as Queen Anne’s Revenge. This farmhouse ale carries a balance between the orange zest and ginger spice derived from the yeast, with a tangy and refreshing finish. Brewed with North Carolina grown Southern Brewer hops.

For eleven long hours, cannons bombarded the fort's shore in 1862. Only until the end, surrender was never a thought as an overwhelming force was laid upon those Macon waves. As a tribute, we brewed this Double India Pale Ale. This variant of our fruited DIPA is brewed with rye, guava and local strawberries - in addition to a Loral dry hop.

Putting our minds together with Asheville-based Bhramari Brewing Company, we created this beautiful and bright sour IPA. The profile begins with a tropical bouquet, leading up to a pleasant tartness mid-palate, and concluding with a creamy vanilla note. As a whole, the best way to describe this beer is a mango pineapple creamsicle.

Summer is coming to an end, but that doesn't mean we can't live the last nights of the solstice to its fullest. Brewed with lime juice and zest, mint, and dry hopped with Motueka, our Mojito Cerveza is the ultimate drink to close out our favorite time of the year. Where we live, it's easy to be late to the party...just like our latest release set to come out in 4-packs! We created this brew with an approchable ABV and flavor profile for the style using Amarillo, Mosaic & Chinook hops to give it a juicy, citrusy, tropical blast. Montana 1 is named for scenic Highway 1 which connects Philipsburg to the world. Take a winding journey through juicy hops and remember: getting there is half the fun!

With one foot in the old world yet firmly rooted in the new, we present this dry-hopped interpretation of a farmhouse ale. Made with a blend of Connecticut-grown grains, American and European hops and our well water - fermented with a modified version of our house mixed culture and naturally carbonated in the bottle.

Our Red Wheat and Blue is a celebration to America on its day of Independence. Hazy because of its unfiltered nature, this beer is bright and flavorful. Starting crisp and tangy, this summer ale will follow through with mix of zesty orange and earthy berry fruitiness while finishing with a creamy, yet dry finish.

Leaning more toward a tropical mixed drink rather than a beer, this IPA is bursting with intense flavors – as it was brewed with passionfruit, mango, pineapple, coconut, vanilla and lactose. With every sip, you can hear the rhythm of the steel drums and truly feel the sea breeze carry you away.

Many years ago the elusive red wolf roamed our neck of the woods. A beautiful and noble creature, it once wore it's warm amber coat with pride. Inspired by the recent conservation efforts to bring back the red wolf we bring you The Randall. A crisp lightly hopped heavily malted Amber style ale. Cheers!

Running wild and free, the horses of Shackleford Banks are the decedents of Spanish mustangs that were turned loose in the 1500’s. Much like these horses, this beer’s roots trace back to the Old World. Following tradition, this beer was brewed with a simple recipe - Pilsner malt, Hallertau hops and Bohemian lager yeast. With a golden-yellow hue and a smooth bitterness, this beer will provide a balanced mix that will provide a refreshing enjoyment on these hot, summer days.

Peure wit will rock and refresh your world! The wheat makes her pale and cloudy. She’s enriched with coriander and lemon zest. A Peure wit is at her best amoungst friends on summer days. Inspired by Peure Rock music festival, a fundraiser for the Mivalti assisted living facility. A percentage of the profits from each beer sold here will also help support Mivalti.

At Perrin, we brew a special beer each time a brewing team member has a new child. This beer was brewed for Ellie, Sawyer, and the newest addition to the King Family, Penny. It may appear to be just a beer, but this mysterious liquid holds many secrets. Brewed with zero hops, this ancient style is sure to make you question everything you thought you knew about “beer”. Brewed with sumac, hibiscus, and rose hips instead of hops, this gruit (grew-it) has a nice earthy and floral backbone. With the addition of locally harvested cider during the extended fermentation, the finished product is a perfect blend of fruity tartness. Rose and hibiscus petals added after fermentation will entice your nose as you enjoy this perfectly balanced gruit.
