Smooth, tropical hoppy, with a touch of malty Landlocked is made with Mosaic, Galaxy (from Down Under), and Citra hops, and it's giving it a big tropical aroma and smoothly intense hop flavor. Less bitter than the IBUs because we get most of the bitterness from hop bursting. But you don't have to know what any of this means. All you need to do is smell the awesome, and taste the libation, then you'll know it's unmistakably Landlocked.

Witbier is a Belgian-style wheat beer that is generally pale and opaque with a crisp wheat character and citric refreshment of orange peel and coriander. Our version is spiced with tangelos from our neighbour's Boric Orchard. Crazy fruity esters of banana courtesy of the yeast and aroma of delicious tangelos, light soft body with a tart finish.

In this Brut IPA, a special enzyme breaks down complex sugars that wouldn't otherwise ferment, creating a bone dry and highly carbed IPA. With no residual sugar in the way, the subtleties of the hops really shine through.

IPA X is double dry hopped with Citra and Mosaic hops, an exciting combination that provides big citrus and tropical fruit notes in both aroma and flavor. This juicy beer pours a cloudy, deep golden color, with super low bitterness and a silky soft mouthfeel. We’re thrilled to introduce our newest core brand to the Ardent lineup: IPA X! Our brewers have experimented with different recipes, processes, hops and more between our rotational IPA and Hazy IPA batches over the past four years, all of which have culminated in our newest beer. Just one sip and you will understand the true depths of its darkness as the deep, luxurious layers of malt rich-ness tantalize and tease your taste buds. Cold pressed coffee adds a slight citrusy, earthy flavor with floral aromas.

Welcome to Colorful Colorado, a bold, citrusy pale ale brewed with Rocky Mountain water for all your Centennial State adventures.

The base of this beer was developed to create the feeling of fall harvest. Flavors of molasses and raisin help set the table for the star of the show... The fresh Centennial hop from Umpqua Hop Farms and all of its bitter orange aromatics. We used around 200 lbs of fresh hops for our fresh hop beer last year, but this year we wanted to go big, so we added over 1,000 lbs of hops. That's a fuck ton. Sit back and welcome in the fall with this once in a year beer!

Description: Word on the street is we’ve gone a little soft on hop usage. We get it. So we’ve dropped the gloves for this brew and crafted a fresh hop IPA that showcases all the goodness those luscious little green nuggets offer. Mighty Fresh IPA is bringing bitterness back. We’ve sourced local hops from Mighty Axe Hops hailing from Foley, MN and crafted what we consider to be a totally funkadelic take on a fresh hop IPA. We knocked the IBUs outta the park on this bad boy. So, proceed with caution because you’re in for a helluva ride.

Brewing is sometimes messy. Brewing a fresh hop beer with whole hops is always messy! It’s a hop mess! Using locally grown hops exclusively, this beer drinks like an IPA for sure! Juicy peach and fresh-squeezed grapefruit notes accentuate the bright aroma, while a touch of caramel malt sweetness tempers the bitter finish. Thanks to the Tolle’s at Straight River Hops in Owatonna and Sarah Joy at Sweet 16 Farm in Houston MN for this years harvest!
