This is our base kettle sour for gose experimentation. We start with a traditional gose recipe with coriander and sea salt.
Batch #1 was then divided up to make: Saison Gose, Hibiscus Gose, Green Tomato Gose, Cucumber Pickle Gose!
Other batches include a plethora of fruited versions.
