Saint Brutus is the Patron Saint of Public Speaking and this Brut IPA is one to toast the town with. We believe this is the first Brut style IPA brewed in Holy Toledo and NW Ohio. It's a champagne like beer for patrons who love hops. Surprisingly easy drinking at 6.7%, extra dry, not bitter but has a fantastic aroma.

Saint Luke is the Patron Saint of Artists and this blonde ale is a work of art. It is crafted to be a simple ale enjoyed by the Masses all year long. Drink one and you'll find hints of citrus and floral coming from the Amarillo, Centennial, and Citra hops.

This bavarian black lager is made with premium malts and noble hops, has a rich but smooth malt flavor, notes of bitter chocolate and a roasted coffee finish. Look for ruby highlights and a cream beige head

What happens if you ferment a black punchy IPA with a strain of yeast that, until very recently, has been considered a horrible spoilage organism by almost every single brewer in the world? Beer magic is what happens, in our own humble opinion. This particular strain elevates the fruitiness of the hops, leaves a dry and refreshing mouth feel and just a touch of funk.

Being the first beer we had ever brewed, Maduro English-style Brown Ale is truly Cigar City Brewing’s classic recipe. The classics, however, need occasional reconsideration. What better way to update our own classic than through nitrogen dispense to add a fuller body and temper some roastiness in Maduro’s complex chocolate and toffee malt character. Just when you thought Maduro English-style Brown Ale couldn’t get any better, it did.

Taking its cues from Belgian-style white ales, Bell's Winter White Ale offers a lighter yet abundantly flavorful alternative to the traditional heavy winter warmers. Fermented with a Belgian ale yeast, this blend of barley & wheat malts yields a mixture of clove and fruity aromas, all without the use of any spices. Deliberately brewed to retain a cloudy appearance, Bell's Winter White Ale is a beer for embracing winter.

Up to this point our yearly anniversary ritual has been to brew a special porter. This year we decided to mix things up a bit with an Oatmeal Cookie Stout. Utilizing four commercial-grade ovens, we hand-toasted 100 lbs. of oats for the brew, added molasses, cinnamon, and vanilla, and finally threw dozens of fresh oatmeal cookies from La Mie Bakery directly into the boil. Why you ask? Because it’s our anniversary and we wanted to have fun! We couldn't have made it through our 6th year without all of our wonderful fans, so from all of us at Confluence: Thank you, have a cookie, and raise a glass. Cheers!

Battle in Four Dimensions has all the hallmarks of a big IPA with bright grapefruit-like aromas and flavors of Amarillo hops. It’s 8.5% abv and purposefully brewed to a moderate 30 IBU for easy crushing. We could have stopped there, but we didn’t. Crack this can open, pour it into your favorite glass and be shocked by the supernova red color from the addition of just a touch of beet juice. Into the fourth dimension we go! Scene Five: Fighters engage in battle as a gallant attempt to rescue the captain unfolds. The story concludes in Episode 6, with “Paradox of the Powerful.”

Designed to protect our coast from inclement weather, breakwaters work hard to keep our shores beautiful - Just like these structures, we worked hard with our friends at Crystal Coast Coffee Roasters to develop this brown ale that carries a bright and lively coffee character, but is still balanced by underlying chocolate and nutty notes that finishes with dark fruit. Brewed with North Carolina malted heritage barley from Riverbend Malt House and Ethiopian/Panamanian cold press blend from Crystal Coast Coffee Roasters.

There’s that special feeling when you see the coast crest upon the horizon, and the sea greets you while crossing the Intracoastal Waterway. There’s a sense of wonder brought upon as the beacon flashes from the Cape Lookout Lighthouse. There’s a moment of exhilaration as the Shackleford horses breeze past, running free on the beach. This culmination of experiences are what make the Crystal Coast such an extraordinary place. It’s the moments like these that inspired us to brew this IPA - hopped with Simcoe and Citra - giving it a character of candied tangerines and peach rings - concluding with a pleasant malt finish.

As an homage to our native dome-backed Terrapene, whom we’ll sometimes find wandering into the brewery, we created this Dunkles-style Bock. This beautiful amber lager is characterized by a toasty-rich malt character, with notes of creamy caramel accented with dark fruit. Brewed with locally grown Carolina Malt House Pilsner and Dark Munich malts.

Reminiscent of those days on the coast where there is a blanket of fog rising up from the tides. This IPA will envelop your palate like a mist with its silky body and tongue coating citrus and tropical hop character which are derived from our ample usage of Amarillo, Simcoe, and Columbus.

Our flagship Sculpin IPA shows its complexity in this limited Spruce Tip edition. For a different twist on our trademark IPA, we added Oregon spruce tips that contribute a unique piney, citrus and woody character on the nose. Plus, their flavor notes of red berry, lemon, and wine grapes perfectly complement our hop profile. A great brew for the holidays and well beyond, this is a standout in a forest of IPAs.

We’re expanding the door series to include a Triple IPA! Suicide Door is the 10% version of our beloved Lambo Door. It’s double dry-hopped and packed with Simcoe lupulin, El Dorado, Citra, and Galaxy hops. Peach rings, gummy bear juice, Hubba Bubba bubblegum, and tons of sweet juicy tropical fruits.
