All Berries is another popsicle Berliner made with vanilla, milk sugar, and four kinds of berries! Blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, and boysenberries are all mixed together for a tart but balanced sour.

Our latest entry into our intensely focused IPA series continues with Galaxy. As with all of the Triangles variants, we employed an increased overall hopping rate of arguably one of the most unique varietals ever. Along with flaked wheat, flaked oats, and malted wheat we notice crushed pineapple tropical passion fruit character that is threaded into our house ale’s trademark citrus fruit while enhancing ester profile and softer than 10 ply plushness.

A remarkable ale brewed with local maple syrup, tart cheery juice, dried orange peel, cinnamon, coriander, cardamom & chichona bark, aged in bourbon barrels.

Hidden away in the barrel cache of the Taxman Reserve cellar, our barrel-fermented golden blonde ale lies in wait, collecting fruit as it comes into season. A combination of bacteria, wild yeast and time produced a bright, dry and tart ale ripe for blending. Showcasing local, hand-picked and freshly-pressed apples, this sour ale is one to store away or enjoy today.

Cherry Supernova is an astronomically juicy sour ale brewed for the cosmically curious. Our brewers hand-selected barrels fermented with a mix of Brettanomyces, Sacchromyces, and Lactobacillus that emitted the fruitiest characteristics. Over 6,000 pounds of ripe Montmorency cherries were added to this blend–fusing Brett funk with cherry pie aromas to create an stellar, coral pink, sessionable sipper. With enough pucker to transport you to another galaxy and the right amount of minerality to bring you back to Earth.

Chestnut colored strong ale exuding holiday memories with its enticing blend of nutmeg, vanilla, clove, and other spices. A crisp edge at first is followed by a smooth, lingering sweetness.

Hop forward session IPA, flavorful and aromatic. Cascade, Simcoe, Centennial & Citra hops used throughout the brewing process.

Petrus Nitro Cherry & Chocolate is a perfect blend of our Quadrupel, using 6 different types of roasted malts and delicious cherries. The nitrogen is of great added value to the quad, giving it more body and creaminess and making it extremely drinkable. Cheers!
