Introduced in 2007, the 6288 Stout is our winter season specialty beer. It is a rather lengthy process to brew the 6288 Stout. It is brewed with 5 different malted barleys, using American and French hops. Keeping with the Tuckerman tradition, it is cold-conditioned, dry-hopped and bottle conditioned using the krausening process. The fermentation takes about two weeks, twice the time of our other beers and conditioning takes three months! It’s worth the wait, as the extra time gives this special brew time to mellow, offering a very smooth dark, malty flavor. The 6288 Stout is named for the elevation of New England’s tallest peak, Mount Washington. Tuckerman Brewing Co. is a supporter of the Mount Washington Observatory and donates a portion of the proceeds from the sale of the Stout to the Observatory’s weather and science exploration. The Stout made Beer Advocate’s list of top stouts.

The 680 Ale is our take on an Irish ale. It’s designed to be a crowd pleaser-not a lot going on here. The imperial version is a bit more interesting. We upped the maltiness and left some residual sugar, putting it a bit closer to a hoppy Scotch Ale.

A pale ale brewed with American barley and New Zealand hops

This beer was specially brewed for Dieu du Ciel’s sixth anniversary. It reflects the tendency of American brewers to push all beer styles to the extremes. This lager is therefore quite strong in alcohol and it has a sharp but delicate bitterness, like all pilsners. The beer is full-bodied and well balanced thanks to the delicate sweet flavours that come through.

Barrel-aged in apple-pear brandy, grape brandy and whiskey barrels, our 6th Anniversary Grand Cru Ale celebrates the moment when everything comes together. Like a perfect celebration, the flavors in this beer meld effortlessly for an experience you’ll never forget. Notes of marshmallow, vanilla, whiskey, almonds, honey, pears, figs and gentle toasted oak hold their own in this full-textured medley.

Our 6th Anniversary beer is a rich and chocolatey imperial stout matured on cocoa nibs, roasted hazelnuts and vanilla beans.

The 6th borough may just be a state of mind, but we live here, and this beer was brewed here. Bright, crisp and hoppy, this beer will bring you back to the “burbs” with each sip.

Rich ruby coloured ale, roasted malts and American hops combine to release rich berry fruit flavours.

Part of Magic Numbers, a dreamy small-batch series: 7 is a sour witbier brewed with pineapple and hand-picked spearmint.

Strawberry, Raspberry pilsner. Very good. Crisp and clean. Beautiful disaster session style I could drink this all day while being outside.

This beer is smooth and light in taste and light brown in color, a classic interpretation of a British mild.

Seven Cities Pilsner, an unfiltered German Pilsner is the first lager style beer to be released by Jackalope Brewing Company. It is brewed entirely with noble German Tettnang hops and pours a beautiful light golden color, thus we named it after the myth of the Seven Cities of Gold. It is a light bodied, refreshing brew with hints of Pilsen malt sweetness, and a smooth yet hoppy finish.

Our first offical take on a true IPA, with an IBU of 85. This beer has Mosaic, Amarillo and Citra hops, which delivers nice citrusy notes. We tried to stay true to our German roots, thought - wheat delivers a great mouth feel. Come tell us how we did. Available May - August
