9th State was the first beer Dan, Geoff, and Tamsin ever designed and brewed together. They set out to make a beer that was unique and delicious. 9th State clearly demonstrates our belief that not all IPA’s have to be west coast IPA’s, they are allowed to have strong malt presence as well!

Phyllis is a very special barrel in our Sour Ale Program donated to us by our friends at the Oliver Winery. The inagural batch in Phyllis is a blend of equal amounts of Orchid and Sour Reserve aged on a polite amount of strawberries from Heartland Family Farms. Enjoy the unique development of Phyllis this year with a healthy serving of elote, grilled trout, and marscapone ice cream.

This beer is dedicated to Sue Muntner, a wonderful friend and supporter of craft beer in Tampa Bay. We made this beer in a style she championed and loaded it with Prickly Pear. Please enjoy this Florida Weisse in a snifter, the only appropriate glassware for toasting Sue.

The latest Brew Ridge Trail collaboration beer is to honor of those who have served in WWI/ WWII, and the event will be the kickoff for Nelson County’s participation in Virginia’s statewide tribute of the 75th anniversary of the United States entry into World War II event on December 8th. Each brewery from the Brew Ridge Trail provided different ingredients that will go into brewing this worldly recipe and a brewer from each of the participating breweries will be present to begin the brewing process. In the spirit of the celebration and to honor all veterans, ingredients were gathered from countries on both sides of the war. These countries include England, France, Belgium, Ireland, Czechoslovakia, Chile, Canada, Japan, India and The United States.

Brewed in the traditional German fashion by naturally introducing lactobacillus via adding raw grain to the mash, comprised of 2-row, white wheat, and carapils. This Berliner Weisse is tart, sour, and slightly acidic with a lemony/citrus profile and highly sessionable. Perfect for a Florida summer day.

Bière de Mars ale brewed with a blend of House yeast and Brettanomyces.

14 IBU. Uses Cascade and Falconer’s Flight hops. Dark hazy orange with a medium bead white head. Nose is sweet citrus with hints of caramel and orange pekoe. Taste is malty sweet with a blood orange backbone. Finish is slight hops mixed with citrus peel.

A West Texas town terrorized by depraved outlaws, hired The Artist and his Smitty – Forged Unidragron Hand Cannon. The Artists, while emp and a bit sensitive, gets rough with bad guys, so he went ahead and incarcerated them. This beer, made with mesquite smoked malt from Blackland Malt Company, is a bourbon barrel aged version of The Good, The Bad and The Unidragon.

A Honey of a Saison is a swarm of flavor and a stinger at 11.5% alc./vol. The French Saison yeast produces big, estery, phenolic aromas and flavors, while the Wildflower Honey from Madhava Natural Sweeteners in Longmont, CO, lends a spicy, Sweet aroma with essenceo dried fruits. Champagne Yeast IS also used to complete termentation and create a dry finish, and strong malt bill imparts a rich, golden honey color to the ale. An IPA that blends the flavor and aroma of orange peel with a burst of Pacific Northwest Hops

Pilsner malt base provides a nice toasty flavor with hints of caramel and enough fermentable sugar to make this a rather substantial beer. Pilsner malt is the base with a little carapils and belgian caramunich. Hops in brewhouse are magnum,cascade and citra with a dryhop blend of citra and cascade. This drives home the aromas of fresh citrus rind to make this a very drinkable and extremely aromatic Belgian American Pale Ale.

Chocolate Orange Milk Stout

Partridge in a Pear Tree is the first in the 12 Days/Years of Christmas Series. Brewed in the style of a Belgian-style Dark Strong Ale, brewed with our brewery-made dark candi sugar, Munich and Vienna malts. Dark brown in color, fruity and complex with a rich malt backbone. This is a simple yet immensely complex beer meant to be savored and shared with friends and family.
