For release three we decided to up the hop bill by adding more Nugget to really give this release a bit more of a spicy herbal aroma. Brewed on September 1, 2010.

The GABF award winning Stout is back! In release five we added a bit more chocolate malt, Nugget, and Willamette hops. Brewed on November 2, 2010.

In release seven we lowered almost all the hop addition and added just a pinch more chocolate malt. Brewed on June 24, 2011. Packaged September 5, 2011.

A warm oatmeal stout with roasted toffee and marshmallow makes this a fall favorite. Brewed on August 20, 2011. Packaged August 30, 2011.

A CALIFORNIA COMMON BEER, OUR 844 IS A 100% AMERICAN STYLE LAGER WITH A GOLDEN AMBER COLOR. THE MEDIUM BODIED LAGER HAS MILD HOP CHARACTERISTICS BUT A VERY DISTINTIVE FLAVOR PROFILE OF REFRESHING CITRUS AND APRICOTS. THESE FLAVORS ARE DUE TO THE PROCESS OF FERMENTING THE BEER WITH A LAGER YEAST AT ALE TEMPERATURES, PROVIDING A CLEAR, CRISP BEER YOU WON'T FORGET. 27 IBU / 5% ABV

Why “85 Shilling” you may ask? Well, back in “olde” Scotland, ales cost 60, 70, 80, and 90 shillings. The more expensive the ingredients, the greater the cost. You’ll find our version of this classic to be always toasty, always rich, and yes, caramel-ly! The secret: Imported Scottish yeast. And for those of you taking notes, it’s the higher finishing gravity that brings a classic toffee and caramel sweetness…which all great Scottish ales are famous for. So while we think our version is worth 85 shillings, we won’t charge a shilling over 80. Honest.

Our American style India Pale Ale. Brewed with Columbus and Centennial Hops, 888 IPA has an original gravity of 1.080, is 80 IBUs, and approximately 8% Alcohol by Volume.

A sour IPA with Idaho7 hops.

Rich ruby coloured ale, roasted malts and American hops combine to release rich berry fruit flavours.

Belgian dubbel with a dark fruit and caramel malt backbone with a hint of pine.

Here’s a pick me up for the latest verse in our Twelve Days of Christmas series. Inspired by flavors and ingredients found in tiramisu, including ladyfingers, 9 Ladies Dancing mimics the Italian dessert by whipping together flavor combinations and layers of its own. This includes notes of vanilla, chocolate and coffee – clearly the leading ladies in this rich, dessert-like beer.

Toasty, malty, and sessionable, with notes of coffee and biscuits, this easy-drinking brown porter is great for 9 to 5 or any time!

One of our newest beers, this roasty Black IPA was brewed with Maris Otter as a base, with caramel and roasted malts contributing to the color and malt flavor of this beer. The 111 IBUs in this beer come from many late additions of Simcoe, Amarillo, and Zythos hops.

Townie IPA is a departure from the traditional IPA focus on bitterness, and instead concentrates on citrus flavor and aroma.

919 Pale Ale is brewed with North Carolina 6-row barley grown and malted in Pittsboro by FarmBoy Farms. This high quality grain comprises the base malt for this beer. We use generous amounts of Northern Brewer hops for flavor and bittering. We add another few pounds of Northern Brewer hops for dry hopping for further hop flavor. Lift Bridge Brewing Company and 93X’s Half Assed Morning Show have partnered to release a collaborative brew to celebrate the most rockin’ fans of the show and beer lovers across the state. The 93X Brotherhood Beer will launch at the station’s Brotherhood Ball on March 12. A true American lager brewed with locally sources malts, pure water and the finest quality hops for a crisp aroma and finish. Brotherhood Beer will be available starting March 12 at 93X’s Brotherhood Ball at Myth featuring Megadeth and Suicidal Tendencies. It will also launch at select off-premise locations in 16 oz. 4-packs and on-premise at select bars and restaurants throughout the state. A portion of the profits from the Brotherhood Beer will benefit the Minnesota Military Family Foundation (MMFF), a community-supported fund that financially supports deployed Minnesota military personnel, their spouses and children with grants during times of extraordinary financial hardship.

This Charles Atlas approved American wheat wine will turn the meek into the mighty. Its orange color, light malt body, zesty hops and warmth, will have you flexing your beer muscles. Aged over 3 months this small limited batch is not available in growlers but will be available in 750ml bottles

98 Stout is a bold American stout that’s a mouthful of fun. It has hints of dark chocolate, roasted malt, and a touch of cascade hops. The beer finishes clean and dry to keep your mouth watering for another sip. We certainly didn’t reinvent the stout, but we definitely made a nice one!

Riff Raff's version of a 90 Shilling is definite malt forward with a nice smooth finish. I got 99 problems, but a beer ain't one!
