Our version of a dry oatmeal stout this beer is chocked full of coffee & chocolate flavors throughout, the addition of flaked oats provides a velvety smooth body. We pour this beer off a nitro tap which helps it build a beautiful creamy head. This beer pairs well with our BlackHawk BBQ Chop or Braised Pot Roast.

Great American Beer Festival award-winning foreign style stout won 1 gold and 2 bronze medals. Black Hole XXX Stout features heavily roasted barley which gives it a pitch black color and a pronounced coffee flavor.

A round and sturdy IPA style aroused uproar when one was first created in the United States this year--read "black light ale". The point of our Black IPA, as well as the ölstilen, is to develop maltblendens soft toffee, fruit and chocolate flavor to easy roasted tones, where instead the hops take care of beskan and also adds a variety of floral and citrusiga aromas.

The idea of the Green Imperial Stout aged in barrels of whiskey there was suggested by one of our old Swedish importer, in fact one day gave us a barrel of bourbon am of Swedish fill with the Greens and making us promise that we bottled the contents as Black Jack (a project that was also with other well known European breweries), the result was sensational. The softness of the beer and the sumptuous toast seemed tailor-made to be harmonized by hints of vanilla and ethereal notes given by the bourbon. After that incident we have often repeated experience, but using Whiskey barrels from some renowned Scottish distilleries (Caol Ila, Laphroaig, Bowmore, Macallan, Ardbeg, Smirnoff, Caperdonich). Each barrel has a different character and leaves in his mark distinctive beer and for some years we have bottled the Black Jack Imperial Stout Green only from a single cask, with the aim of exalting the typicality of each cask. However, with time and experience, I thought it interesting to assemble several barrels for unique blend to create balance and harmony. On each label shows the region of origin of the distillery (there may specify on the label the name) and year of the barrel are indicated on the label, all bottles are numbered.

Highland’s most robust beer, having a very malty body with a large, roasted chocolate flavor, all achieved solely through the use of special roasted barley grains. It is black in color with a very clean finish and moderate hop flavor. While the porter style was developing, some brewers produced a stout porter and over time generated a new style known simply as stout. These beers traditionally contain a distinct roasted malt flavor and can run the gamut from a dry stout, such as Guinness to a sweet stout such as Watney’s Cream Stout. Our Black Mocha falls in the sweet stout range and derives its chocolate and coffee tones from the use of appropriate roasted malt grains and is very often used as an after dinner libation or an accompaniment to dessert.

Our Brass Knuckles Oatmeal Stout with Black Majic coffee beans(from Noble Coffee & Tea) seeped into the beer for that extra boost!

Our Black Oak Porter has a wonderful malt texture and is brewed with imported english flour malted barley and british crystal and black malts.

Black Rabbit Porter is a semi-sweet ale with a roasty chocolate malt tone. This ale is defined by it's toasted nut flavor and a sweeter, softer finish than McMenamins' Terminator Stout. Named after the elusive Black Rabbit who roamed freely on the grounds at the Edgefield Manor, this ale has been an Edgefield staple for years.

The Black Rat is a juggernaut of a beer. This imperial, milk stout is big and full of flavor and may remind you of an Irish coffee with lots of cream and sugar. This monster beer clocks in at 9.2% A.B.V. It truly is bitter sweet and velvety smooth.
