Here is Unibroue’s own interpretation of traditional Belgian saison ale. Traditionally brewed to help field workers cool off on long summer days, saison ales were highly refreshing—even served warm in the days before refrigeration. Blonde de Chambly pays tribute to the Filles du Roy, the women who came to Nouvelle-France to marry soldiers of the Carignan-Salières Regiment, among others. They settled on the fertile lands defended by Captain Jacques de Chambly and gave birth to many of our ancestors.

Our Belgian-style Blonde Ale will steal your heart as the unfiltered golden hue seduces your taste buds with surprising smoothness. It’s delicately hopped with Styrian Golding and Celeia for medium aroma with a crisp and refreshing bite. The Belgian yeast adds hints of fruity complexity, but be warned – it’s mysterious charm will draw you in again and again. And, at 8.5% ABV, will catch up with you if you’re not careful. Drink responsibly.

An unfiltered Belgian style Blonde Ale with wheat and a lot of local honey in every pour. We have also added a special spice blend to give it an added kick. Smooth and refreshing, but be careful – this one’s ABV will sneak up on you. This beer is straw yellow in color with a slight sweetness in the middle and an estery finish characteristic of the best Belgian beers.

Our extended aging process results in an incredible smooth and refreshing taste with little bitterness or aftertaste. Great for the warm weather or for those desiring a light bodied beer; this premium lager is 5% alcohol by volume.

Blondie is a Belgian style ale fermented with our own house yeast. The colour is nice straw yellow with a nice fruity flavour balanced with maltiness and floral hops. A nice beer with good drinkability.

Blood Orange Saison is a Farmhouse-style brew loaded with flavor. Real blood orange juice complements the spice and citrus esters from saison yeast. Mango, orange rind, tangerine, and mango notes mingle on both the nose and the palate.

Our first pale ale and our first brew is back as an amped up American style pale is dry and crisp.

This German hefeweizen has been infused with blood orange, navel orange and red malts to accentuate the banana and clove flavors that traditional Weizen yeast creates during fermentation and provide a unique color to the beer.

A delicately flavored wheat beer brewed with wheat malts and orange blossom honey.

A darker offering with a noticeably roasty aroma. Supportive notes may include bready, toffee, chocolate, and/or sweet aromas. A moderate hop aroma containing no fruity esters. Almost black in color, with a beautiful tan head with excellent retention. The flavor profile is of moderately strong malt character, followed by roasty-dryness throughout to the finish. Medium hop bitterness, and low to moderate hop flavor to balance the roasted malts. Blown Gasket robust porter is a medium/medium full bodied beer.

Using all-natural ingredients, this deep, slightly smoky porter evokes a hint of blueberry in aroma and flavor; just enough to entice the senses. The smokiness of the malt in combination with the sweetness of the blueberries ultimately create an incredibly balanced beer.

We have taken two very different classic German Altbier styles and crafted them into one refreshing, crisp, lighter-bodied beer that still packs in the flavor. The deep copper maltiness contrasts with the bright white head and spicy finish.
