A new IPA we've concocted for the lupulin extremists. Amarillo, Chinook and Columbous. Golden, unfiltered and unrelenting. If you don't like em' bitter and tongue-scrappingly hoppy, stay away.

Bold and Hoppylike our dancing Ferret IPA, we ramp up the strength and throw an Iron in the flavor fire by adding a portion of roasted barley to darken the color and dry the finsih. A hop lovers delight!

A 120 min stout with great malt flavor to add to the bitter approx. 120 ibu stout. The 2015 bitter stout, 6.9% abv, has a nice malt forward beer but the Columbus hops come through loud and clear. This guy should keep all you hop heads happy.

India Pale Lager infused with rainbow shavings and unicorn tears to give it an unbelievable hop bitterness and smooth finish.

The Bitter Warrior is a true working man's beer. The crisp finish follows distinct Marris Otter flavors of sourdough or graham cracker. A session beer indeed at a classic 3.2% ABV.

Pale amber in colour. Light caramel malt aroma with a touch of fruit. Bittersweet with malt character flavours. Medium bodied with more bitterness than malt in the finish.

Historical interpretation of a 19th century northern Rhine ale style; brewed with a hint of smoked-malt, well hopped & exceedingly dry; lagered for 4 weeks, then dry-hopped with perle; brewed in collaboration with Freigeist Bierkultur (Westphalia, Germany).

This big stout gets aggressive with a boost from Allegro Coffee’s exotic mocha java blend. The coffee’s dark cherry flavors and spicy undertones weave into the rich milky sweet stout like a chocolate-covered espresso bean melting on your tongue. Bitter then sweet. Sweet then bitter. It’s bittersweet.

Bitto Honey is our flagship brand. The beer was named after two friends of the brewer who had both recently finished their years in med school and were now moving to Denver to start their careers and the long road to paying off student loans. Bitto Honey IPA is a well balanced beer that provides a heavy dose of honey malt and fresh local honey to add a touch of sweetness to the bitter hops. Coming in at 65 IBU's, this IPA also balances the use of hops across the spectrum of bittering, flavoring, and aroma profiles. This provides you with the bitterness of an IPA without killing your tongue and allows you to experience the true beauty of the Amarillo and Cascade hops, their flavor and aroma. Because of the balanced use of hops, Bitto Honey IPA can be enjoyed by beer connoisseurs and novice beer drinkers alike!

This BIPA has a bold, resinous hop with pine needles, grapefruit, and a touch of orange, matched with roasty malt and full body.

BJ's Abbey Normal® is what the Belgian's call a Dubbel (or Double Ale), which is the most popular style of Abbey Ale. This historic beer style is traditionally brewed by Trappist Monks in Belgium. A full-bodied, light brown ale with a fruity flavor profile, the unique bouquet of fruit and spice comes from fermentation with an authentic Trappist yeast.

Stare into the black and contemplate what may be lurking in dark shadows. Layers of coffee and chocolate flavors come forth, but, as your eyes and you tongue adjust, you will find a nice hoppy citrus punch hiding and beckoning you to follow it to the other side, and into the black.

A belgian-style Golden Ale fermented with blackberries and blueberries. This beer is dosed with real, pureed blackberries and blueberries which allow the fruit flavors and aromas to be woven into the actual taste of the beer. The beer is fermented with the same yeast that we use in our Red & White and Pangaea.

Our coffee stout is a dark brew that combines roasted coffee with a rich, full-bodied stout. For the authentic coffee flavor, we use 1.5 pounds of Sumatran coffee beans per barrel, added late in the brewing process to provide the most flavor possible. This brew finishes with underlying roasty notes of chocolate, caramel, and dark fruit from our select blend of malts.

Our Black and Tackle Russian Imperial Stout is truly a flavor adventure. Very dark with a creamy head this brew has distinct tones of espresso and cocoa giving it a bold rich taste that is sure to impress.

Well-rounded, sophisticated, classic: Our Black & Tan is an old friend and staunch traditionalist. Featuring a skilfully blended combination of Wolf Brewing Company’s Golden Honey Ale and Dark Malt Porter, the Black & Tan is the best of both worlds; the resulting blend is an easy-to-drink, medium-bodied, balanced ale offering a wonderfully complex flavour profile from seven different malt varieties.
