A beer named after the brewer’s favorite” Blue’s Hat”. Black Fedora is an IPA of a little lighter style. Darkened with Breiss Midnight Wheat malt, the grist bill also includes pale ale malt, munich malt and white wheat malt. Hops in this beer include CTZ for bitterness and Target for flavor and aroma.

Big roasted flavor in the beginning, chocolate in the middle and a slight sweetness from lactose make this milk stout full of flavor while having a light silky body.

Our traditional German Marzen is a medium-bodied lager with light caramel and toasted notes, perfectly balanced by German hops. The flavor profile of this beer compliments our schnitzel dishes but is also a perfect partner to a burger of the "brew"ben.

Directly translated this beer means "yeast wheat". It gets this name from the fact that it must be made with at least 50% wheat malt & from its apperance in the glass, which is meant to be cloudy. Wheat malt provides the soft malt character while the yeast is responsible for the flavors, ranging from banana to clove, with just enough hops to restrain the sweetness. This beer's soft flavor profile lends it to pairing well with many foods from salads, such as the Blackened Shrimp to the Captain Crunch Chicken...or just enjoy one on its own on a hot day!

Our smoked porter takes this brewing tradition of Bamberg, Germany and combines it with the English porter style resulting in a complex flavor combination of smoky, roasted and chocolate on a robust, dry body. This is our darkest and most heavy regular offering. It is virtually black in color and features rich roasted malt flavor with a delicate caramel and vanilla finish. It is carbonated and served with the use of nitrogen gas, giving the Black Water a beautiful cascading pour and thick, creamy foam atop your glass. Made with only the freshest American malts and English hops.

A clandestine mission to parts unknown inspired the creation of this fine stout. Black Helicopter has been infused with the finest roasted coffee on the planet. The beans were secretly flown to our roaster in the sleepy hamlet of Minneapolis, where they were transformed into delicious coffee. Enjoy this beer with the closest of friends.
