Leinenkugel’s® Canoe Paddler® is a slightly spicy and smooth addition to Leinenkugel’s seasonal portfolio. This Kölsch-style beer is brewed with a touch of rye for a slightly spicy flavor and clean, dry finish. It’s our take on a German classic that’s perfect for winding down and relaxing.

The medium hop flavor combined with it's citrus and floral tones, makes this beer perfectly refreshing for a day on the river.

A malt backbone, with caramel malts for depth and a touch of roasted barley for color. EKG and Target make up the hops schedule.

An easy-drinking American Wheat Ale that signifies the end of summer. The addition of 500 pounds of South Carolina cantaloupes provides delicate melon tones, while local Wildflower Honey lends a mild herbal characteristic.

This unblended lambic is aged in 15 year cognac barrels. The barrels were purchased in early 2005 and the lambic aged there for two years. The beer gets its name from the geographic location of the city of Brussels.

Inside this bottle is a new type of drink, a new melody like a tune floating in a starry sky, to add to the ancient story of fermentation, a story as old as man himself. CANTUS CAELI (Sky Song) is a completely new type of beverage, skillfully crafted from a marriage of natural ingredients from the very oldest fermented drinks. Mead wort, beer wort and Wine wort are fermented together. Local Piemontese honey is used for the mead wort and local Piemontese Castelnuovo Don Bosco wine grapes are used for the wine wort. The beer wort consists of barley malt and a very small amount of Magnum hops.Top-fermenting beer yeast is used for fermentation. After fermentation in steel tanks Cantus Caeli is matured in oak barrels for four months. Two types of oak barrels are being used: new oak barrels and oak barrels that previously contained white wine.

After the Equilibrista, our beer inspired by the Champagne world, here it is a new experiment on the “wine meets beer” theme. This time, though, we tipped the scales in favour of beer, adding to the Duchessa wort only a 25% of wine must: in this case we used Malvasia (coming from our friends of Tenuta di Bibbiano, as usual), a white, aromatic grape variety which gives the beer a gentle and nice sharpness and an inusual, fruity nose. The beer is bottle-fermentd using Champagne-yeasts, and it has a quite intense “perlage” (bubbles) that makes it perfect as an aperitif or even for the whole meal. The “chaotic” label was designed byValentina De Luca, an Art student at the Istituto d'Istruzione Superiore Antonio Cederna of Velletri (Rome), who won our contest “Etichette Bizzarre”.

For our Second Anniversary beer, we tapped into the legendary fictional adventures of the mythical Cap’n Skoon to bring you this monster Baltic Stout. It’s big and roasty like an imperial stout but fermented with a German lager yeast. Ideal for sipping now, or be like the Cap’n and stash some away in your cargo hold for the years to come. Cheers!

A pale, spicy, fruity wheat ale: An unfiltered wheat beer with refreshing flavors of banana and clove from a special yeast.

Say what!?! Yes, this beer was designed to taste just like the description. Brewed with bready and biscuity malts and steeped with loads of fresh apples it’s a tart twist on tasty tall tentacles. Say that ten times fast.

The brainchild of our taproom coordinator & Titanic fanatic, Ashley. This amber colored beer is brewed with Sorachi Ace hops to create subtle bitterness & a hoppy aroma. We’re sure that you’ll remember this IPA "every night in my dreams..."

Smooth and Hoppy. Lighter in body than our IPAs and loaded with Citra hop flavor - named 2013 "Best Beer Down the Shore" by Joe Sixpack.

Sour. IPA. Boom. A beer geeks dream beer. Bitter and sour, two flavor profiles that more often clash then compliment, are brought together in a harmonious blend via the guiding nature of ample amounts of Citra and Centennial on the dry hop. Opening up with a huge nose of fresh citrus and grapefruit, then hitting the pallet up front with firm bitterness, before giving way to back of the tongue acidity, the dance goes on until you’re left wanting more.

Thought up by our very own Dan the Man, this beer is sure to hangs the way you look at IPA’s. Black in color this beer has got a malty roasts flavor, paired with just the right amount of hops. This beer is just perfect for any beer lover to enjoy.

Per German Purity Law, at least 50% of the grist must be malted wheat and this is no exception. This mahogany-colored beer is a moderately dark, spicy, fruity, malty, and refreshing wheat-based ale. Enjoy this version of the old-fashioned Bavarian wheat and beer that was often dark. In the 1950s and 1960s, wheat beers did not have a youthful image so most people drank them for their health-giving qualities. Here’s to your health!
