This Belgian Farmhouse Ale is brewed with 100% Belgian Pilsner Malt and spiced with fresh ground ginger root and Guatemalan Cardamom. It is fermented with a unique Belgian strain of yeast that contributes tartness and notes of black pepper. Saison is traditionally brewed in Wallonia, the French-speaking region of Belgium, in the colder months of the year for drinking in the summer time. It was and still is a source of refreshment and hydration for Wallonian farmers.

Careful with that Passion Fruit, Eugene is the first of our ‘lambic inspired’ fruited series. In this case we took a blend of 9-14 month old barrels, added Passion Fruit for one month, and bottle conditioned with wine yeast for three months. The passion fruit shines through and combines perfectly with the flavors and acidity from the original blend. Fruity, funky, sour.

The Carneros India Pale Ale showcases our estate grown hops and diverse 80 IBUs hop profile packed into a full-body, malty and well balanced cerveza. You will sense the rich floral piney bouquet while enjoying a full flavor mid-palate with hints of malty sweetness and overall balance. Hand crafted with 100% 2-row pale malt with hints of caramel malts brewed in small batches using selected bittering hops and an abundance of estate grown Saaz and other noble hops.
