A deep amber colored beer with a US malt base with the accent on crystal malt. Less alcoholic than the IPA, this brew is characterized by dry hopping in the fermenter with masses of US aroma hops. There’s also an initial malty sweetness followed by a moderate caramel flavor.

Four malts and oats went into this English style brown ale to give it a warming malty flavour. Earthy English aroma hops were used at the end of boil.

A wheat beer with esters providing a spice and banana flavor. A very light villa character accentuates the banana flavor, sweetness and roundness. The soft, somewhat bready flavor of wheat is complementary, as is a slightly sweet Pilsner mat character. It also has a well rounded, flavorful palate with a relatively dry finish.

What we’ve got here is an imperial stout brewed with a massive amount of coffee and chocolates, then cave-aged in oak bourbon barrels for an entire year to make sure wonderful bourbon undertones come through in the finish. Makes your taste buds squeal with delight.

A toasty lager with notes of chocolate and coffee.

Brewed with both lemon and orange zest yielding a unique citrus flavor. The yellow haze results from a perfectly balanced mix of white wheat with sweet honey malt. White Wheat is perfect for relief from the Texas Heat.

This easy drinking lager was specially crafted to honour friendships and celebrate achievements – paying homage to a time where telling stories, cheers and post-match banter was an important tradition. Keepers Lager is crafted using sun-dried malt and infused with citrus Amarillo hops. Our Brewers knew from the first batch that this one was a Keeper. Keeper’s Lager goes well with seafood: grilled whiting and flathead, salt and pepper calamari.

Our Keller is an unfiltered Helles, brewed in the Munich-style. This lager has a smooth malt taste with a slightly hoppy finish.

An unfiltered Bavarian “cellar” lager hopped with Spalt hops.

Visit and Old World lager brewery and the brewmaster will insist that you enjoy a "keller" beer direct from the aging tank. To a brewer this is beer at its purest: unfiltered, nuanced and gently carbonated.
