Henry Ford's Girthsome Fjord Skunkworks A Cognac barrel-aged double IPA. Our first bottled release with subsequent ever-changing iterations. Big, bright tropical fruit hop character against a backdrop of sweet caramel and malt, with smooth pronounced bitterness and hints of wood and cognac-y booze. Best enjoyed after winning a street fight, whilst wearing nipple clamps and taken as a suppository.

Kaiser Wilhelm (or as we like to call him, Kaiser Bill) would love this light, easy drinking German style wheat beer, with subtle clove and banana flavors.

This German ale is a cross between pale ale and a lager. It’s smooth balanced flavor comes from Millennium and Spalt hops and Pils and Munich malts. This is a must try! "Halt to try the Alt"

Made from German Pils and Wheat malts and hopped with German Hersbrucker and Spalt. This clean, crisp German ale is a very enjoyable brew indeed!

This smooth dry stout is brewed with Black and Chocolate malts and then steeped with 4 dozen full shell oysters per batch. This beer will put lead in your pencil!

Combining malted & unmalted rye with a blend of kilned barley malts, Kal-Haven Ale brings a rich, earthy malt body to the glass. The use of Brettanomyces yeast in fermentation lends a degree of depth to the flavors, while pine & citrus notes from a blend of Pacific Northwest hops keep it from becoming heavy.

This sessionable ale packs plenty of full flavor and aroma into a medium-light body that leaves plenty of room for a second, or third, or… Brewed with black and roasted malts and lots of late addition cascades and dry-hopped with horizon and amarillo for a mildly roasty and enticingly hoppy character. Kala means black in Hindi and the name is a takeoff on one of our favorite movies.
