Laughing Crow IPA is a more intelligent India Pale Ale. Laughing Crow is brewed with a generous amount of quality hops that brings balance to the sweet malts contained inside. The result is a harmony of floral hops mixed with caramel-tinged malty goodness. This IPA will make you crow just a little bit louder.

In playful pursuit of butterflies a Red Fox danced across the brewery hill. His joy so pure it bubbled through our hearts and into this beer. Laughing Fox is a sparkling Kristal Weizen brewed in the Bavarian tradition with 50% Wisconsin wheat in our open top fermenters. Tickle your nose notes of spicy clove and cinnamon abound. Dan’s inspired Weizen interpretation reflects the deep bittersweet color of our Fox’s red coat. Expect this beer to pour a lively effervescent glass thick with creamy foam and bursting with luscious fruity notes on your pallet. LAUNCH BEER PALE ALE First brewed to commemorate the grand opening our new facility in Canton, MA. This special pale ale signifies a collective milestone for the entire Trillium team. Hazy golden in appearance and light in body, this refreshing pale ale bursts with floral hop aromatics of honeysuckle and passion fruit. Featuring Mosaic/Citra in the dry hop and a crisp Pilsner malt backbone, Launch Beer exhibits graceful flavors of stone fruit and citrus with a satisfyingly sessionable bitterness. LW Lager is our take on a domestic lager with just a little more hops than your grandfather might like. At 4.6% abv this light lager is as easy on the eyes as it is going down! The use of Pilsner and 6 row malts give this beer a nice malt sweetness but is balanced out by the citrus and tropical hop aromas and flavor.

This is our twist on the typical American Pale. Perfectly hopped with extra body. This beer goes well with life (we think you should get one, a Pale Ale that is)
