We took the very last New Hampshire apples that were available to us, which we had fresh pressed into apple cider. This fresh cider was delivered the day it was pressed to our Meadery, where we blended it with honey and let it ferment, then we let it age in freshly emptied Jim Beam barrels that our friends at Allagash Brewing Company were able to help us with. The aging process took over 6 months. The ending result is oh so heavenly and oh so cherished. It's not the like any of the other honey apple meads that we make, its got an entirely new label design, that we feel show cases every little detail about how precious this sweet honey apple mead is. Our Summer Session IPA is slightly lighter in body than our previous Bucket List offerings, but this helps expose a wonderful combination of new hop varieties, flavours and aromas. Primarily derived from Falconer’s Flight, Amarillo, Ahtanum and Galaxy varieties, it results in a refreshing stone-fruit, citrus & pineapple flavour. Tropical fruits and grapefruit prevail.

World Beer Cup: American-Belgo-Style Ale, Gold Medal Heinold's First and Last Chance Saloon in Oakland CA came to prominence when Jack London spent his daysthere drinking and penning notes for "Call of the Wild." It was a gathering spot for fisherman and adventurers, and was the Last Chance to grab a beer before a long voyage. This tribute to Jack is hopped with Nugget, Warrior and Chinook and dry-hopped with Amarillo for aromas of orange and spices. 2012 World Beer Cup Gold Award Winner

Last Snow is a version of our milk porter that is near and dear to our hearts. With flavors of coconut, coffee, and white chocolate, Last Snow tastes like liquid indulgency in a glass. Chocolate covered coconut never tasted so good!

Late Harvest is a Pinot Noir barrel-aged farmhouse-brown ale brewed with spices. It’s tart yet balanced profile has elements of beer, wine and Italian-style bitters. Late Red Autumn Splendour Ale has been triple-hopped to create a full-flavoured treat for beer lovers. Expert brewers have hand-crafted this complex and richly flavoured premium ale from the finest Kentish hops, barley and mineral water, forging a perfect balance between rich, dark malt flavours and a strong robust hoppiness. The finest pale ale malt and gently-kilned crystal malt is brewed with Cascade and East Kent Goldings to create a hoppy flavour, double enhanced with the late copper addition of East Kent Goldings and Cascades added to the cask for racking.

As the original Shipping Dude heads off into the sunset, we bid him farewell with Later Dude - a barrel-aged Wheat Wine Ale and the fourth release in our barrel-aged Dude Series. The large portion of wheat in the mash provides a soft, round mouthfeel complemented by notes of vanilla, raisin and toffee from aging it in first-use whiskey barrels from our friends at Breckenridge Distillery.

The aroma of this tropical pale ale is mix of rich coconut, the delicate citrus of mosaic hops, and pineapple. The tropical and citrus of west coast hops and pineapple dominate the flavor without overpowering the taste of creamy coconut. A slight perceived sweetness from the crystal malt is balanced by the mild acidity of the pineapple.

This complex winter milk stout was created using a proprietary blend of organic root ginger, cinnamon sticks, whole nutmeg, whole cloves, lactose and locally sourced Orinoco Velvet Hammer coffee. It will pour a jet black body crowned by a tan head. Aromas of spices, vanilla and roasted coffee beans come through on the nose. The flavor profile is moderately sweet with a medium body and slight coffee bitterness in the finish.
