Last Apple

We took the very last New Hampshire apples that were available to us, which we had fresh pressed into apple cider. This fresh cider was delivered the day it was pressed to our Meadery, where we blended it with honey and let it ferment, then we let it age in freshly emptied Jim Beam barrels that our friends at Allagash Brewing Company were able to help us with. The aging process took over 6 months. The ending result is oh so heavenly and oh so cherished. It's not the like any of the other honey apple meads that we make, its got an entirely new label design, that we feel show cases every little detail about how precious this sweet honey apple mead is. Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Last Snow This Imperial version of our Last Snow porter is a rich, thick, decadent treat. Pitch black and viscous, it's made with coconut and fresh roasted coffee. We then age it in Bourbon barrels for months to accentuate the vanilla and coconut notes. Originally brewed in collaboration with our friends at Park Tavern in Delray Beach.

Last Cast Summer IPA

Our Summer Session IPA is slightly lighter in body than our previous Bucket List offerings, but this helps expose a wonderful combination of new hop varieties, flavours and aromas. Primarily derived from Falconer’s Flight, Amarillo, Ahtanum and Galaxy varieties, it results in a refreshing stone-fruit, citrus & pineapple flavour. Tropical fruits and grapefruit prevail.

Last Chance IPA with Apricot

We’ve decided to take our Last Chance IPA and add a little twist… We started with our 5.9% ABV Last Chance IPA, a full-flavored IPA with pleasant citrus flavors of tangerine and grapefruit. To that delightful brew, we’ve added apricots. Not just a few, but over 15 pounds of them per barrel! While the apricot is subtle on your first sip, it is certainly more noticeable after several sips. Due to the higher pectins of the apricot, this beer pours cloudy.
