A light bodied straw yellow ale that is easy on the palate. A true lawnmower brew that is well balanced with just a touch of noble hop at the finish.

This is a golden to copper hued hop forward ale with a medium body and a toasty malt profile that provides a solid base for the hops. There is significant hop aroma and flavor but minimal bitterness.

As refreshing as a Door County vacation! This light ruby-red beer pours with a thick, slightly pink head resulting from the ample amounts of real, juicy Door County cherries. Aromas of tart cherries lead into a nice spritzy cherry flavor, balanced by a subtle malty background and low hop bitterness. Enjoy!

A light Mexican style ale that finishes crisp, clean and refreshing. Garnish with a lime.

The classic type of beer you would find in Munich…or Cleveland. Malt forward but balanced and smooth all over.

It's un-Australian to drink anything but great Aussie beer on Australia Day – so we decided to create something special. Our first ever Australian IPA – aptly named LAMB-Borghini Australian IPA. Brewed at Bobs Farm and 100% hopped with Australian hops, and virtually all of the malt is Australian too. Straw to light golden colour, with a sweet biscuit malt base and of course a good dosing of Australia's finest aromatic hops. The combined use of Helga, Ella and Enigma late in the whirlpool and a massive dry hopping addition gives an enticing aroma and flavour of tropical fruit, spice, herbs and red berry. Bitter, sweet, well balanced and, of course, all Australian! Tastes great with (you guessed it) – lamb!

Brett Barrel-Aged Quadrupel From the belly of the dragon (barrel room), comes a boozy brew that already seems to have a serious reputation. What started off as a relatively traditional Quad recipe, went into our beloved oak barrels alongside a healthy dose of Brettanomyces Lambicus, and like a recluse, there it stayed for the better part of a year. As to what Lambda was doing while on sabbatical for a year, it’s tough to say. Perhaps it was reading post apocalyptic fiction, or just diabolically planning its return…

Every Lambic with the Lambickx™ name is made from casks personally tasted and chosen by Don Feinberg, one of the first importers of Belgian beer to America and founder of the first Belgian-only brewery in the U.S. Don chooses his Lambics for their complexity, brilliance and drinking excellence both by themselves and as exquisite accompaniments to food.

Our Sour Ale Program at Upland has been an adventure into the unknown from the beginning. We are proud to share the next leg of our journey with you. The Fresh Oak Brett Project was begun to explore not only the flavors of fresh oak barrels, but to also experiment with available strains of wild yeasts, or brettanomyces, to see what flavors the develop during fermentation. This bottle holds the results of a single strain fermentation with brett, Lambicus inside of a fresh Minnesota and Missouri White Oak Barrel.

Lambruchais a blend of Lambics we select and Kombucha brewed to our specifications. For every batch of LambruchaTM, we must taste and select the Lambics we want to use with the Kombucha produced for us. Lambic and Kombucha are naturally varying products so blending is the essence of how LambruchaTM is made. The Kombucha and Lambic used are living yeast beverages. To our knowledge this is the 1st time 2 living yeast beverages have been combined to create a third, different beverage. For this reason we think LambruchaTM is a truly new drink that combines elements of both Kombucha & Lambic. LambruchaTM is bottled for us by Brj, De Troch, Wambeek Belgium.

The Story: At the end of the 19th Century, the streets of Missoula were lit by gas lamps. These lamps gave warmth to the coldest winter nights and hope for the coming Sun. The Beer: Winter warmers are sweet offerings with big malt presence and spices. Spiced with cinnamon, orange peel, honey, and fresh grated ginger, the Lamplighter Winter Warmer that warms the belly and spirit. The longest nights are upon us, let’s make them festive!

Lancaster Black is a classic, traditional stout reminiscent of the beer typically found in Lancashire during the 18th and 19th century. Black combines a complex taste with a rich and full body. At 4.6%, Black may be dark in appearance but is surprisingly crisp with a full bouquet of crisp fruits, spices and floral aromas. Brewed using a combination of Cascade and Challenger hops combined with Chocolate and Maris Otter malt, Black is a stout for the true connoisseur

Light and refreshing! This very bubbly Munich style weizen beer is highlighted by a spicy, banana finish. Available at the Brewery from May - October
