This saison has light floral notes of Hidcote lavender from Happy Valley farms of Vancouver island.There are also spicy notes from a blend of Belgian and French yeast strains.

This one is a little different. Instead of bitter or malty, light or roasty, our Spring Wit takes the unique flavors of a wheat body and tart, spiciness of Belgian Wit yeast and accents it with lavender, coriander and orange peel.

This beer is loaded with malty notes of caramel and chocolate. All the great flavor and body of a much bigger beer are packed into this delicious nitro porter.

Classic Bavarian style Oktoberfest, with a hint of orange in its clear body, a slight toast of malt, and a crisp finish that invites another sip.

Appearance: Dark, with a cappuccino like tan head. Aroma: Roasted coffee and earthy cocoa Flavor: Earthy cocoa, medium bodied coffee, roasted nuts, burnt sugar Finish: Earthy with a slight lingering of roasted coffee/cocoa flavors, slight hop bitterness.

Cream Ale is a style that is is under-appreciated by most of the craft beer world, we want to change that. Lawn Ranger is session ale with a solid malt character from the US 2-row, Rye, and Flaked Oats. Rye and Oats are not typical ingredients for a cream ale but they allow us to keep the alcohol low and still provide a some body to the beer. We use a minimal blend of Apollo and Bravo hops to balance the malts and German Alt yeast. This is the one to drink during the Texas summers or when you want to have more than a couple.

With a light golden colour and naturally cloudy appearance, Lawn Chair “Classic” Weisse is a true Bavarian style Hefeweizen. An unfiltered wheat beer with a spectacular aroma of banana and clove. With a beautiful balance of exotic and spicy notes, followed by a crisp refreshing finish.

This summertime seasonal beer is light straw in color and has a crisp, dry palate, light body and light malt sweetness. Low to medium hop floral aroma is present while hop bitterness is low. Fruity esters can be perceived, but the citrus flavors of lemongrass added to this brew predominate in this perfect beer to enjoy while watching your neighbor mow their grass.

Not your typical Microbrew! This Michigan Yellow Beer is very mild both in bitterness and alcohol. Perfect for those hot summer days! (In the winter months we call this "Snowblower"!)

You’ve accepted and completed the annual mission of clearing your lawn of amber fallen leaves, what’s next? Reward yourself with this toasty German inspired brew featuring the aroma of burnt toffee, a caramel and chocolate flavor profile, and a light/silky texture. Brewed to match the hue of that fall foliage, this is the perfect autumn ale.

This Belgian Inspired brew was created in opposite tradition of most Belgian Breweries. Instead of using simple malts and allowing the spices and sugar to give color we use complex malts for flavoring and color and use simple sugars for alcohol and sweetness. The strongest beer we have created thus far, the LSD starts with spicy and floral hop aromas and toasted plum from the malt and yeast.

Lazarus is the biggest, most complex beer we've ever produced. It began life as an American Barleywine, and was then aged with Brettanomyces in Downslope Distilling barrels for 13 months. The result is a soft, complex, toasty and slightly chocolatey delight, with just a hint of alcohol warmth.

This batch of Kumquat Wheat is unfiltered resulting in a cloudy appearance, featuring a sunny yellow color and lasting fluffy white head. It is light bodied, with upfront flavors of tart kumquat, balanced by the rich taste of Wheat Malt.

LazerSnake is a good old fashioned Indiana Pale Ale. Brewed with Special Bavarian hops that give LazerSnake it’s smooth non-filtered appeal to all craft beer and macro enthusiasts.

Imperial Stout brewed with Raaka Chocolate from Brooklyn. Abundant chocolate notes, dry finish and medium body. Surprisingly easy drinking.

Big B’s Hard Lemonade is made by combining our Orchard Original Hard Cider with one of Big B’s most popular selling juices, our Orchard Recipe Lemonade. It’s a perfect marriage between dry cider, sweet and tart lemonade. Ultra refreshing and amazingly crisp!
