Maple Harvest is a sparkling mead crafted with 100% raw wildflower honey, buckwheat honey, maple syrup, and dark belgian candi sugar. We then add just the right amount of cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and ginger to make this mead perfect for when the days get shorter and the evenings more crisp. This fall seasonal mead is available for only a limited time.

A dry porter brewed w/ the addition of pure, amber maple syrup from Critz Farms in Cazenovia. This leaves the beer w/ a subtle aroma of maple syrup & a hint of sweetness.

Enticing, rich and complex, this creation defies easy description. Our 'once-a-year beer' is brewed only during sugaring season with 100% maple sap from our friend Paul Marble in Fayston, VT. No water added! Just barley, hops, and ale yeast. In 2010 the Maple Tripple received a World Beer Cup® Bronze Medal for the Specialty Beer category. The 2012 Maple Tripple received a World Beer Cup® Silver Medal in the same category.

A rich brown ale inspired by the enigmatic monastic brews of Belgium, and the mysterious mist shrouded jungles of the tropics. Brewed with real cacao, and spiced with cinnamon and sweet orange peel for a sensual delight. A brew to be sipped, savored, and enjoyed!

A cream colored lacing grips the side of your glass as a copper color refracts through this rich IPA. Sweet and tart aromas of maracuyá (passion fruit) pair beautifully with carefully selected hops to produce a warm citrus fruit nose. First sips will bring a burst of hop bitterness trailed by a firm malt backbone that enlivens the palate and remains only momentarily. Finish is clean and balanced and a medium body is somewhat less filling and allows for continued enjoyment. Salud!

Marauder will leave you scavenging the island for this buried treasure Marauder is not your ordinary scotch style ale. Consisting of a larger than life grain bill that starts with our base malt and roasted barley, we pack our mash tun full of an immense amount of crushed grains. Once the mash has completed we draw off a portion of the wort and begin a kettle caramelization process turning thisdark liquid into a syrup-like consistency to bring out the full, rich flavors of the malt. Once this process has been completed we add this syrup into the boil with the rest of wort and continue on with an intensely long boil to further concentrate the fermentable sugars. After a lengthy fermentation process, Marauder emerges with an alcohol content that will slay the masses. If that wasn't enough, this beer escaped into hibernation inside oak barrels for 3 months where it soaked up the bourbon character of the oak. With one taste, Marauder will snare your senses with the full malt flavor, bourbon notes, and caramel sweetness. Don't even think about turning your back on Marauder...or you'll be sorry!

March used to be the first month of the year, symbolizing renewal after winter. We celebrate with an IPA full of floral and citrusy Amarillo hops, with an added lemony punch from New Zealand Super Alpha. Dry-hopping with Centennial and Chinook adds intense, full aroma and lots of flavor to our first offering of Spring.

This creamy dark stout, deep chocolate in colour has a nose of roast malts, coffee, licourice & orange peel. The aromas carry on into the flavour with a smooth mouthfeel, rich malty start, fresh hoppy middle & a delicous lingering orange aftertatse. Sure to get you Marching agian on those cold winter eveings.

Mardi Gras Bock (January – March) is the first of our seasonal brews. Abita Bock is brewed with pale, pilsner and caramel malts and German Perle hops. Our bock is similar to German maibocks with its rich malt flavor and full body. A perfect choice during Carnival season in New Orleans. Gruyére, Emmental and Swiss are nice cheese choices with Bock. Great with roasted beef or pork. Try it with Mexican food, too.

Our Red IPA is piney, dank, and citrusy from massive amounts of dry hopping. The hops are accompanied by a solid malty backbone with toasty bread notes.

Named after the famed Mystery Lights of Marfa, Texas, Marfa Light is anything but. This dark and heavy Imperial Stout sports a whopping 11.2% ABV. A heavy roasted character is balanced by a malt sweetness of caramel and chocolate with a hint of raisin and dark fruit.

Our limited release summer beer is a Belgian-Style Wit beer with Key West lime juice and other natural Margarita flavors that makes for a light and refreshing beer that is perfect for Summer!
