Dan brewed 10 gallons of this crisp, refreshing Belgian Single for his mom to drink on her annual Mother's Day visit to Lower Alabama. Late-boil Citra hops and a Belgian high-gravity yeast strain combine to make a distinctive Belgian-syle brew that goes great with a lemon.

Translates to "Black Beer" in German. This beer is primarily very light Pilsner malt with added Munich Malt to add body and a touch of residual sweetness. The color comes from a very small addition of heavily roasted barley, which also gives this lager its slightly roasty character. 5.0% ABV

Witbier or white beer gets its name from its light cloudy appearance. This Belgian style wheat beer is left unfiltered to retain the flavor of its integral ingredients. Though uncommon in other beer styles, the addition of coriander and orange peel is essential to create its subtle citrus flavor and refreshing, peppery finish. This ale is the perfect sipper for warm days and cool nights Wit your comrades.

The Mandala series is designed to highlight single hop varietals. These double IPAs are solely hopped with one hop allowing both the brewer and the consumer to fully taste and smell all the pure hop character. We have released many different Mandalas including; Citra, Galaxy, Zythos, Simcoe, Motueka, and Columbus. More will surface in the future, but grab ‘em fresh when you see them!

This wheat beer has a fantastic mandarin orange aroma & flavor, it finishes clean, crisp & dry. Well balanced with Saaz hops

This hop is one of three brand new species arriving in the U.S. this year from the Hull Research Institute in Germany. Mandarina Bavaria is a cross pollination of Cascade and German Hallertau hops. Flavors of this hop are best described as sweet tangerine, almost similar to orange-flavored hard candy. This hop is noticeably less aromatic than most American or Southern Hemisphere cross-breeds. For comparison, this beer was made with exactly the same amount of hops as the previous beer in the series, Simcoe. As far as the beer's style, we're using a more traditional single-hop process for these new German hops. Since they are brand new, the malt bill will be exactly the same for this beer and the next two (Hull Melon and Hallertau Blanc) to allow people to taste the difference between the hops. The style will be American Pale Ale, 6% ABV, 45 IBUs, and brewed with two row barley, vienna malt, munich malt, and flaked barley.

The combination of a higher carbonation, orange peel, and Manderina Hops gives this American Wheat Ale its festive Winter aroma and flavour.

Yes, pig porter! This specialty brew was brewed using cold smoked Mangalitsa Pigs from our friends at Cherry Capital Foods. Who doesn't love bacon & beer? Brewed using cold smoked Mangalitsa pigs from our friends at Cherry Capital Foods. Brewed using four pig heads (no brains) and three bags of bones in our fermenter. This porter has a smokey flavor with a bacon finish and a big, pig mouth feel. This brew is a premium pour for us. Get it while it's here.

Crunkle Sam, tired of being a mere anomaly as a most refreshing summertime Barleywine, targeted a German beer style and bastardized it. He had us brew a traditional Kolsch, but made us add sweet orange peel and all natural mango flavor. Warning: This beer is NOT Reinheitsgebot!
