One of our most popular offerings, this ale is deep amber to mahogany in color and has a clean toasted and caramel malt taste. The beer has a medium to light mouth feel that is lightly hopped. It has a sweet finish which is reminiscent of sweet raisin bread.

This American barley wine has a sweet candy-like aroma with notes of citrus, peach, and plum. Centennial hops decorate the sweet caramel flavor and linger long into the blushing finish.

A light, smooth brown lager with a crisp lager finish. This is a clean beer with a smooth mouthfeel, light roastiness and small hints of caramel.

Introducing Minglewood’s first in-house brewed beer! This dry American Stout is light and creamy with a roasty and chocolate finish. A slightly dry bitter finish is from a healthy addition of Centennial and Horizon hops that leave you thirsty for more.

Mellow, citrusy and a hint of a malty backbone. This is a medium to light body beer brewed with Columbus, Horizon and Flaconers Flight hops.

Golden Promise gives this IPA a mellow, sweet and smooth malt profile. Horizon, Chinook and Santiam hops bring out a citrusy hop character resembling a hoppy orange peel.

A dark ale with a subtle roasty flavor, a smooth, creamy mouthfeel, and clean finish. Originating in Louisville, KY, it’s a pre-prohibition beer that dominated the market in the Midwest at that time.

A single hopped pale ale that was inspired by the brewers first taste of Mosaic hops. This beer has a fresh cut mango and citrus taste that is a signature of Mosaic hops. A small addition of rye malt gives this beer a spicy dry finish that compliments its light lingering hop bitterness.

A classic golden lager using pale and crystal malts and producing a mild malty palate. Chilled maturation leaves the brew with a balanced body and carbonation beading. Enhanced by hops in the boil producing spicy stone fruit aromatics.

This beer is a special session North Shore style pale ale. Each batch we brew we will use only one hop variety. This batch features Galaxy hops, a new variety with origins in New Zealand. Huge grapefruit notes with bright malt flavors. Dry finish and very floral.

Don't fight it, Spite It! Unfortunately we all know this person. They show up to the party with no beer. They always need to bum a smoke saying "hey man, I'll get you back!" Let's not forget that amazing ability to appear out of nowhere immediately after one gets twisted up. And maybe worst of all, they will take your last pop tart and hide the evidence. We brewed this double IPA with enough Mosaic hops to share with everyone. Except for that moocher, they can get their own god damn beer for once.

Temporary Insanity becomes Minor Dementia. We age our russian style imperial stout in an oak bourbon barrel. The result is a beer that pours thick and pitch black, while the edges exhibit ruby highlights. The flavor is rich and dark, with a nice molasses character balanced out by a woody dryness. Very smooth considering the alcohol level.

As if our seasonally released Stone Coffee Milk Stout wasn’t special enough, we decided to take our classic brewhouse blend and make our own riff by adding fresh chocolate mint and peppermint. The bright, intoxicating aromatics of the chocolate and mint emanating from this smooth-drinking, caffeinated libation are palpable. However, they are simply just a refreshing accent to this still predominately coffee brew. From the creamy, frothy head on top to the semisweet, slightly dry finish, we don’t think our brewing team could have whipped up a better recipe for this extra-special time of year.

This IPA has 11 hop additions using 5 different hops. The bouquet is of strong citrus and pine with a hint of spiciness. Initial tastes will follow the bouquet with citrus and pine followed by a soothing mint at the back end. The mint is very subtle and can be noticed as the beer warms.
