Millennium is brewed in the barley wine style to commemorate our 1000th batch of beer. Its generous hopping & bottle conditioning allow this beer to be cellared and enjoyed for many years.

Created with the Millennium hop and Falconer’s Flight blend. Inviting orange and citrus aromas. Hints of lemon in this medium bodied sessionable ale will make you want to drink yours at light speed.

A Belgian Trippel is a very special type of beer. A Belgian Trippel could be called the beer version of a Champagne. It is very light in color and highly carbonated giving an appearance similar to Champagne. The flavor is somewhat sweet and malty as well as strong.

Malted rye provide Millie with a spicy sweetness, then giving way to hints of caramelized wood and a citrus-like taste and offering a dry, lingering finish.

A Chocolate and Salted Caramel Milk Stout.... Sometimes a drink can make you feel so decadent it's like you're a millionaire; this beer wraps you in a velvety cocoon, dresses you in a smart suit and takes you out for a special night on the tiles. Sweet and salty collide in this rich, balanced and smooth dessert stout. Lactose, caramel and high quality Valrhona cocoa nibs provide a chocolate and caramel backbone alongside the roasty malts whilst the Cornish Sea Salts gives a savoury salty kick, raising this beautiful beer above the norm.

Inspired by the winning entry from our annual Big Brew Day & Michigan Homebrew competition, which drew over 300 brewers who brewed over 1,000 gallons of beer in our parking lot. This year's winning entry (an Imperial IPA) was submitted by homebrewer Zachary Typinski.

The foundation of Mimi’s is crafted from dark roasted malts, flaked oats and resiny whole cone hops. Doses of pure maple syrup, Dutch cocoa and semisweet chocolate are added directly to the boil kettle. As a finishing touch, we infuse the fermented beer with locally roasted Guatemalan coffee beans. Mimi’s is a jet black full bodied stout with complex flavor and smooth coffee aroma.

Like it's little brother Tribal Rite, Mind Drive is dark black with a thick, khaki-colored head. This extremely robust porter pushes forward strong notes of milk chocolate and roasted barley to later be subdued by a rich sweetness from an abundance of oats. Complimented with a soft amount of pleasantly mild hops, Mind Drive is a world class treat.

Brewed with our house yeast; our Kolch is a clean crisp light colored Ale. Made with a variety of 3 different German hops, this brew leaves you with a prominent but not extreme hoppiness flavor. Not one to abandon so tap into this brew and take pleasure.

Our most popular beer is brewed as an unfiltered Hefeweizen in American Wheat Style this beer is light in body and very refreshing ready to quench even the most powerful thirst. This beer won a Gold Medal at the North American Brewers Association Brew Fest!
