A crisp, refreshing and traditional Kolsch-style ale full of German pilsner malt and Noble hop character giving soft notes of strawberry, cereal and grassiness. This straw-colored beer is easy to drink, making it a great option for non-craft beer drinkers looking to try something local. A portion of the proceeds from each keg is donated to San Antonio’s mission trail as a way to support one of our city’s most important historical landmarks.
An homage to our street we now call home, this Citra dry hopped Red gives the appearance of an IPA on the nose, with hops apparent on the palate, but balanced with caramel flavors for a smooth finish. Red perfection!
Mista Sparkle is a Japanese inspired ale brewed with a mixture of white and brown rice, Japanese grown Sorachi Ace hops, Jasmine green tea and fermented with Sake yeast. We used Sake yeast number 9, well renowned for its smooth fine grained flavours and fruity aromas reminiscent of apples and melons. The result is approachable, dry, refreshing and delicious. Enjoy drink without shame and the greatest happy time.
A pale ale brewed to celebrate the fall harvest. Ben used un-malted wheat and rye from Misty Brook Farm (Hardwick, MA), along with Maine grown malted barley and fresh picked citra hops to create this wonderful Harvest Ale. Juicy citra wet hop aroma & flavor followed by earthy bitterness & grainy dryness.
Bronze Medal Winner @ GIBF 2010
Well balanced, moderate bitterness and a noticeable hop aroma makes this ale appealing to a variety of beer drinkers from the casual pale ale lover to the serious hophead. Brewed with fresh Cascade hops grown locally in Charlotte, this truly is a home-town beer!
"Mithril! All folk desired it. It could be beaten like copper, and polished like glass; and the Dwarves could make of it a metal, light and yet harder than tempered steel. Its beauty was like to that of common silver, but the beauty of mithril did not tarnish or grow dim." 100% brett ale brewed with coffee fruit.
Alison loves dark and roasty porters, but she also loves light and crisp pale ales. To appeal to both sides of her palate, we’ve blended our porter with a special one-off batch of pale ale for a unique limited edition release. And of course, we’ve named it after her. Or maybe just after a really great Elvis Costello tune.
Raised on both sides of the Atlantic, Bernadette is a little English and a little American. She speaks with an accent that’s somewhere between Catherine Zeta-Jones and Maude Lebowski. A blend of our IPA and the same one-off snowflake of a pale ale that begat Alison, this mix tape is dedicated to her. In Bernadette’s arms you’ll find a kind of peace of mind the world is searching for – or at least that’s what the Four Tops say.
Cecilia is an East coast gal, and she loves her cream ale. We dedicate this blend of our Vienna lager and pale ale to her. It’s not a cream ale, but its gold color and crisp flavor will remind you of one – shaking your confidence daily, just like Cecilia did to Simon and Garfunkel.
The Turtles said Elenore’s looks were intoxicating. This mix tape dedicated to her is also beautiful to behold, and lovely to drink too. It’s a pale / porter blend, with whole vanilla beans added after fermentation. It’ll have you singing “gee I think you’re swell!”
We blended Cookie Butter and Porter for a smooth flavor profile that’s chocolate, biscuit, and a touch of cinnamon. Which Gloria did we have in mind? Maybe this one. Maybe that one. Or even this one. Pick your favorite to hum along as you sip.
After a long day, you deserve the best! Pop open a DeWalt Brewing Company's® Mixed Berry Hard Apple Cider. You will be instantly taken away as you notice its fruit flavor aroma. It has a slightly sweet taste....but not too sweet. It contains a mixture of cherry, strawberry, blackberry and apple flavors. A combination that's sure to quench your soul.
This new school style is developed with the growth of the US hop industry and the use of Belgian yeast in American brewing. Dry, notes of white pepper provided by the Belgian Ale yeast balance out the notes of apricot and citrus from the American hops. Although dry, this beer’s mouthfeel is silky, yet firm.
Bursting with blackcurrants and raspberries, Kopparberg Mixed Fruit Cider spoils you. Rich and indulgent with an effervescent energy, its best served cold over mountains of ice.
