An aggressively hopped Wee Heavy Scottish Ale w specialty Australian hops and smoked lavender malt. Neva Eva Land is a collab with a little brewery you may have heard of called Three Floyd.

Utilizing a variety of American and New Zealand Hops.

This IIPA is distinguished by Midwest style balance–not too bitter, and not too sweet. It pours a golden orange hue with a frothy head that sticks to the glass after every sip. With a mixture of German and American aroma hops at a rate of 4 pounds of hops per barrel, there is hop fruitiness in the aroma with a resinous backbone on your palate. It finishes without lingering bitterness, and leaves you wondering what hops are in this beer. This is a one off batch that will never be duplicated. So come and get it while it’s fresh!

Where civilization is established rye will follow. In early farming communities rye was considered a weed of the wheat crops that maintained entire villages. When rye was discovered to be a nutritious and hardy grain its cultivation became more purposeful. A hazy golden straw color and eggshell white head parade our rye session ale onto the scene with old fashioned gusto. Holding true to its historical character a spice snap is presented with the first sips and continues throughout. This beer is full and round in mouth feel; a slight hint of bitter sweet orange pith softening the rye and provides balance. A crisp and very dry finish reiterates the rye spice and pleases the palate. Cheers!

Available December through March. This late-Winter seasonal is extremely dark and flavorful. Rolled oats give it a smooth feel, while the addition of premium cocoa makes this stout a sure crowd-pleaser. Somewhere between coffee and chocolate cake.

The very first beer out of our Brett tank, Neverwhere is a totally unique animal. It is a laser beam of pineapple/mango/tropical fruitiness from the Brett Trois and heaps of Citra, Centennial, and Chinook hops. Why isn't it sour/musty/horse blankety?

Contentious is making its 4th appearance on our draft lineup. With hints of orange citrus and peppery spiciness from the Belgian yeast, you’ll enjoy this well through the winter.

This beer was created as a collaboration with Lake Effect Brewing. Fermented out with French saison yeast at a warm temperature, look for intense fruit on the nose and enjoy a chocolate finish with a hint of caramel and dates.

Nevin's Red Lager is an all Vienna malt lager that is hopped just enough to balance out the delicate caramel notes pulled from the malt.
