Natura Morta Boysenberry is a dewy-fresh, sweet, tart twist on our Belgian Saison. This spiced ale offers earthy notes of fresh-pressed boysenberry puree and apple blossom with a smooth oak presence throughout. The Brettanomyces add a funky and slightly wild zest before balancing out to a smooth finish by earthy tannins from cellar aging.

Belgian Blond Ales are slightly stronger than Belgian pale ales, closer to the ABV of a Belgian Dubbel, but with the same rich and bright character of the Belgian Pale Ale. We used Belgian abbey yeast to give it a rich fruit forward yeast character.

Blonde ale is an American tradition. Using all malted barley and only fresh hops, this delicious golden Blonde ale is light and crisp with a delicate malt flavor and a dry hop finish. Try it with lemonade for a Shandy.

This is a well-balanced Belgian that gives you plenty of caramel as well as hints of bananas both up front and on the finish. The fruity esters, a hallmark byproduct of fermenting with most Belgian yeasts, are wonderfully present without being overly dominating. Brewed at the request of and with Ted Schneider of Moe’s Original BBQ – Fort Collins, when Ted prepared his 5th Anniversary beer dinner at Moe’s he paired this beer with pork belly and a strong herbal/garlic/anchovy sauce that perfectly complemented both the sweetness and the “nana” flavor in the beer. The only thing naughty about it is, perhaps, the ABV, which is cloaked a bit by the balance of the beer.

Black as the moonless night, Naughty Aud Imperial Stout boasts a profusion of complexity in flavor and aroma possessed by few other styles of ale. A sturdy crosshatch of molasses, mocha and caramel malt imbued with soft, luminescent aromas of smoked bourbon and vanilla. Illustrated by the renown artist Alan Forbes, this is an unfiltered ale. Please decant slowly and enjoy responsibly.

(Nectarine IPA) A juice-bomb IPA brewed with 600 pounds of fresh nectarines from Bleue Farms in Hendersonville, NC. An enticing stonefruit aroma blends beautifully with heavy citrus and mild bitterness from Citra and Azacca hops.
