Single-hop. Perhaps you’ve heard this term being thrown around lately, maybe wondering what exactly people are talking about. The idea is to create a beer with only one variety of hops so you can fully appreciate its flavors and complexities. We decided to make NELSON THE IMPALER using only the exceedingly rare and delicious Nelson Sauvin hops, grown exclusively in Nelson, New Zealand. Why? Because we can. Very light in color due to the use of almost exclusively Pilsner malt, intense grapefruit and hints of pineapple and mango make it surprisingly big on flavor with a refreshing, dry finish.

A strong malty ale that has mellow roast tones. Slightly nutty and fruity with a warming aftertaste.Before his death at Trafalgar, Nelson was already a national hero. Trafalgar was the greatest sea battle of all time involving the Spanish, French and British Fleets. Victorious but at the cost of his life Admiral Nelsons body was returned to England for a State Funeral involving a long sea passage. It is believed his body was preserved in a cask of Brandy and the crew during the dark hours crept out and drank from the cask praying they would inherit his traits.

What you have here is a rarity. A special, one-of-a-kind ale that is only made once a year. Sometimes that’s all. Forever. No more. Nada. Limited-time only. You never know what you’re gonna get. But you can be sure it’ll be damn tasty.

Humulus Lupulus Neomexicanus--A line of hops completely native to the United State and genetically unique from other varieties of humulus lupulus. This ale is a tribute to the artistic expression that can be realized when a brewery and a hop farmer partner together with the common goal of achieving something new and creative. This beer is an exploration of a largely undocumented hop, native to the South Western US. This ale offers a citrusy aroma with a distinct lemon and tangerine character while maintaining a moderate acidity that accentuates the delicate flavors and aromas of this brew.

Neon Lights is a delicately complex hop-forward farmhouse ale. Huell Melon and Hallertau Blanc hops complement the funk from our blend of yeasts with notes of lemon rind, strawberry, and a hint of dank. Crisp with a refreshing snap of bitterness. A step beyond Liquid Crystal in our quest to refine the perfect quenching hoppy saison. Draft only, 30bbls brewed at Flagship in NYC, April 2016. Because we used German malt and hops, we named it after one of our favorite kraut rock jams.

He ruled the Seven Seas and over all who dared enter his liquid domain. Now, King Neptune’s Hearty Ale comes to life at the hands of the master brewers of Coronado Brewing Company. This seasonal ale is 8.5% ABV, is low on bitterness, and pale in color. Taste the slight hint of hops amidst a toasty caramel flavor. Perfect for holiday meals.

Nessie's Gnarly Nectar boasts a strong malt flavor with caramel and toffee notes. This little monster has plenty of body to back it up, and finishes with a satisfying sweetness. A perfect session beer for any occasion!

A blend of a Belgian Wit and a German wheat this is truly a brew from the Nether Regions. Giving off an aroma of pepper and clove with a hint of banana esters that loft up at the end. Flavor lends to the balance of pepper, clove and banana.

Brewed to celebrate the first anniversary of the Prodigal Son, Morgan is an experimental ale fermented with three Belgian yeast strains.
