This unique, “Forking Series” seasonal brew is our “Nod” to breakfast treats! Brewed with maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla, all things that make French toast great! This version has been infused with fresh raspberries.

Inspired by the ales of Ireland, this red beauty is filled with rich caramel malts, a hint of roast, and just enough hop bitterness to balance. Enjoy the creamy mouth feel imparted by a classic nitrogen pour. Slainte!

Impossibly reddish in color (due to the beets) with nitro cascade fading into a pink cap of stable foam, great clarity. Seeing the beer in the glass shows the obvious resemblance to a slice of red velvet cake (red cake on the bottom topped with a layer of creamy white frosting). But the similarities don’t end there. The aroma is dominated by chocolate with earthy notes of beets and subtle wafts of roast coco. The flavor is similar to the aroma but with faint roast and hop bitterness coming in at the end balance it out, not cloying or overly sweet. The mouthfeel is medium and the finish is luxuriously smooth. It’s dessert served in a pint glass! Note: Serve in a straight sided

Vanilla Espresso Imperial Robust Porter, Malt Beverage with Natural Flavors Added - Like a big, chocolate, espresso infused brownie, Roebling Porter packs a lot of flavor from the use of vanilla, and delicious coffee from a small Midwest roasting company (within a day’s drive from the brewery!).

A twist on an American style stout, Breckenridge Brewery uses Cholaca, pure liquid cacao, and organic orange zest to offer a new way to experience traditional holiday flavors. Roasted malts compliment the chocolate and orange flavors. Mandarina Bavaria hops, a recently developed hop variety from Germany, impart subtle tangerine aromas, enhancing the citrus notes of the beer.

A complex flavored black semi-sweet ale with a dense light tan exceptionally creamy head. When poured the effervescent nitrogen in solution makes the bubbles in the beer appear to be going downward in the glass instead of rising to the surface.

A dark and robust beer brewed in the traditional stout method. Teddy Bear Kisses features an abundance of dark malts and high alpha hops for a powerful impact of roast, chocolate, and sweet bitterness. The lucky few who cuddle up to a warming session with Teddy Bear Kisses sense the velvety malt character, balanced bitter intensity, and soothing chocolate notes created by long aging on fair trade cocoa nibs. Teddy Bear Kisses will make you feel warm and happy inside, but it’s definitely not your childhood cuddle toy. Teddy Bear Kisses won a Gold Medal in the 2010 World Beer Championships.

Who would have thought deep in the jungles of Papua New Guinea and Madagascar grew the perfect ingredient to build an extraordinary Porter in Colorado? An ale that has all the chocolate and roasted nut flavor of a classic Porter, with an enigmatic surprise thrown in for good measure, real vanilla bean. Breckenridge Brewery’s Vanilla Porter. Our Oatmeal Cream Stout is sweet and toasted with a robust dark flavor profile and a velvety cream finish. It is brewed with raw cane sugar.

NJ 351-Bourbon Barrel Aged English Pale malts and flaked barley meld with blackstrap molasses for a hearty and complex malt flavor. For hops we used Cluster the first hop cultivated in the US. The beer finishes with the modern Simcoe and centennial. The bourbon aging then adds its own unique character to make this a perfect dessert beer. The latter gives a deep piney flavor aroma, a nod to a state treasure-the Pine Barrens.

A very light-bodied. Modeled after Mexico’s light lagers, ask customers if they’d like a wedge of lime with their pint.

Our Double IPA is not for the faint of heart. Or tongue. Since our very first batch, we set out to craft a big ale that would pack a punch but still leave you coming back for more. Brewed only in small batches from the finest European malts and American hops, the huge, earthy dry hop aroma of No Apologies finishes with a pleasing caramel sweetness. Five hop varieties round out this fully balanced brew that will tantalize your taste buds and warm your soul. If you happen to find a lot of bittering hops to be offensive, well, we offer No Apologies!

No Boundary IPA is a beer that will evolve over time with the seasons and available ingredients each time I brew it. There will be certain elements of the beer that will remain constant. The first batch in 2011 was brewed with Westmalle yeast, Galaxy hops from Australia, Nelson Sauvin hops from New Zealand. Additional additions of Lemon Verbena and Start Anise were added in the whirlpool. The beer had an enormous dank nose and a high level of finishing dryness and bitterness from the Lemon Verbena. The 2012 batches followed a similar malt bill to the first batch but a different strain of Belgian yeast from the Ardenne region was chosen. A slightly lower level of Lemon Verbena was used and the hops chosen were Green Bullet and Mouteka both from New Zealand. Released for SF Beer Week 2012. Starting in 2013 we have switched over to an American Ale yeast strain but the focus on Southern Hemisphere hops is still a predominant feature of this beer. I hope you enjoy this seasonal treat. Drinking this beer is probably the closest you’ll ever get to Miranda, so enjoy! An easy drinking, yet serious Saison. True to style, spritzy but clean, hoppy yet refreshing. A real Belgian Saison.
