No Woman No Rye

We realized that we really needed an In Your Face type beer that packed a ton of hops punch. This limited release beer has 2x more hop bitterness than its little brother Jungleboot IPA. To help balance out some of the extra hops we’ve bumped up the alcohol content and used rye to give the beer an unexpected soft spiciness.

No-Brainer

The style of this beer is not so defined that we (brewers) have a single name for it. I hear it called Double Red, India Red Ale, or Imperial Red. I’ve always called it Imperial Red. It’s a big red malty beer hopped like an IPA. Hops: Chinook and Centennial

No-Hop Pumpkin Spiced Porter

A brew for the history books. After some research, we decided to create our own version of a no-hop beer, and our Pumpkin Spice Porter was born. The wonderful aroma and bitterness of cinnamon mixes well with roasted malts to balance this porter ever so gracefully. A modern twist on a traditional style, kind of like us.

Such a strong and ugly word, but unfortunately true. Our vintner friend just doesn’t appreciate the depth and character of the aromas and flavors that Brettanomyces creates like we do. Like you do. But the dude has some seriously fine Cabernet Sauvignon barrels that he shared with us to help create this wondrous sour ale. Our lucky #13 in this series.
