Horchata is a traditional, sweet, milky drink originating in Spain and Latin America that has become quite popular in Southern California, particularly with Mexican cuisine. Our take on the traditionally non-alcoholic drink is a blonde ale brewed with a heavy dosing of rice, cinnamon and fresh vanilla beans along with lactose for a litle extra creamy character. If you didn’t know better, you’d think it was carbonated horchata. The flavor is hard to describe, but for those who know it, you know you love it.

ORA, our amber beauty, visits when the leaves begin to change. Her stay is short, but delightful. A combination of rich caramel and toasted malts gives ORA a complex flavor and rich mouthfeel. An herbal hop aroma and flavor complement the complex malt character and moderate bitterness.

Spice, citrus zest, with a light tartness. A hazy, pale gold wheat beer with a dense, frothy, white head. Orange & White has a complex aroma, full of Belgian yeast character, orange zest, and citrusy hops. Light to medium-bodied and slightly tart on the palate, with citrus becoming the dominant flavor, due to the Mandarina Bavaria hops and orange peel in the brew. Brewed with 50% wheat malt, and a mild helping oats, the beer maintains a smoothness despite the yeast-derived tartness, and bitterness from hops and citrus peel. A drying bitterness becomes more apparent in the finish.

Our salute to Belgian style fruit Lambic beers, with a distinctly Californian twist. We add select parts of whole oranges at precisely the right point to our amber recipe beer, and the result is this magical, orange sweet beer we call Orange Blossom Amber. This brew is crafted with only natural ingredients, specially malted barley, our proprietary yeast strain, and pure spring water from our historic Indian Wells Spring. Orange Blossom Amber was listed as one of the Top 10 Summer Beers of 2013, as reported by huffingtonpost.com.

Classic Belgian Tripel brewed with a generous portion of local orange blossom honey from Hunter's Honey Farm in Martinsville. Bright orange and sweet honey notes blend with soft fruit and spice from Belgian yeast into this medium bodied golden ale.

When you make a pot of coffee, but only use half the water, you get some pretty rich coffee. That's the approach we took with our latest offering. OBP Squared, with half the water, has 11% alcohol by volume-twice that of original OBP. The result is a bold, distinct taste of its own. Made with twice as much real orange blossom honey, all-natural ingredients and no refined sugar, it really is the new king bee of beers.

To be totally honest, it wasn’t really part of our plans to brew a collaboration beer with Cigar City also this year. But we received a mail from head brewer Wayne Wambles saying: "Hey guys, I’m coming back for the Copenhagen Beer Celebration, why don’t we brew a beer?" And since Wayne is not only one of the nicest persons in the craft beer world but also one of the most innovative and skilled, it was an easy decision to make room in our schedule for another Cigar City collaboration. The beer of choice turned out to be "Orange Crush" a so called Session IPA - low in alcohol and potency, but high in drinkability. Heavily dry-hopped with the juiciest of American aroma hops: Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe and a solid dose of our secret ingredient, a super fragrant brand of American orange peel. Orange Crush is a bit of a quaffer - we’re almost certain, that you will like it. And Wayne….you’re welcome back anytime!

An American IPA infused with the flavors and aromas of the fruit most associated with Florida. This brew has huge aromas of oranges, citrus, juicy grapefruit. The flavor mimics the aroma with a slightly sweet malt character balancing out the hops and orange. Think juicy, sweet oranges…and IPA.

16 months in the making, what began as an RV excursion, a couple of beers, and an idea shared amongst friends has become the sweet reality known as “ORANGE IS THE NEW STOUT.” Center of the Universe and O’Connor Brewing proudly present an imperial chocolate stout crafted with oranges and sea salt. Like a liquid chocolate truffle, its deep, rich flavors are sure to keep your spirits warm and bright all winter long. The stout is 10.5% in alcohol by contact, but you wouldn’t know it with it’s ultra smooth finish.

Our English Style Pale Ale. Dried Sweet Orange Peal is added in the last 10 minutes of the boil to enhance the natural citrus of the hops. Then it is Dry Hopped heavily with Colonial and Centennial Hops giving an Awesome Nuggie Nose.
