Descerning Pilsner is a Bohemian style lager like the original brewed in Pilsen, Czech republic. This beer is made only with organic Pilsner malt, Czech Saaz hops and very soft water. This beer is decoction mashed in the old world method. It is well balanced between floral hop bitterness and malty sweetness.

A straight forward hop taste and aroma with less alcohol than our other IPA’s. Orgainc malts from Germany & Canada blends perfectly with our Organic German & US Hops.

Karapiller Red Lager is made with organic Caramunich malt from Germany and pilsner malt made from two row barley grown in Montana. The roasted malt gives it a subtle caramel flavor. There are just enough hops to balance the malty sweetness. This beer does not fit any classic style, but it is our brew master creation

Loquacious Duck is a classic German Dopplebock. Malty rich, very subtle hop character. A good choice when trying to keep warm on those cold Montana nights!

With Organic Paaske BREW, we brewed a beer inspired by the classic English IPA. We have used the best types of organic malt, which has given a nice malt fullness in taste. The beer has a good freshness with the fine nuances of flowers and citrus. Bitterness is dampened slightly, it is clean and sharp, and tastes of spring.

A hoppy lager brewed from organically produced raw materials and clean, deep-well mineral water for a delicate balance of noble hop bitterness and gentle maltiness.

Strong pale ale, slight caramel sweetness from crystal malt, balanced by fresh aroma of Fuggle hops, maintained by the natural effervescence of maturation in the bottle.

Since 1516 Brewers have led the purity revolution. They mandated only four natural ingredients be used to brew beer. This Reinheitsgebot law was the first ever food purity regulation and New Glarus Brewmaster Dan Carey has consistently respected out palates by employing yeast, hops, barley and water to explore a wide spectrum of flavor. Today Dan pushed the purity envelope by using Organic Hallertau Hops from Germany with Wisconsin organically malted barley to create complex and assertively hoppy golden ale. White Bark Wheat Ale is a classic Bavarian wheat beer, often called Weiss Bier or Hefe-Weizen. This beer is fermented with a special yeast from Southern Germany which lends some banana and clove flavors. These flavors are created naturally by the yeast, there are no additives. Only certified organically grown wheat and barley malts are used and a double decoction mash program in the tradition of German brewmasters.

Utilizing a blend of juicy American hops this IPA lends grapefruit and other tropical notes. Further, conditioning on Pineapples and Limes push this into the "juice bomb" territory.

Sharp's Original was the first beer brewed at the brewery by Bill Sharp in July 1994 ready for the breweries opening that summer. Still brewed in small batches and to the original recipe, Original is a magnificent, authentic and moreish example of the traditional English Ale style and can be found in selected outlets in Cornwall and beyond.

Back in late 2008, Freetail Brewing Co. first opened its doors on a little hill beside a windmill in North San Antonio. But its history stretches back further to New Year’s Eve, 2005. While on a ski trip with with friends and winding the evening down in a local brewpub, our founder had the glimmer of an idea that would take root and come to fruition nearly three years later. Freetail Original represents the culmination of that dream into liquid reality. It harkens back to those first days in 2008 when our vision for what Freetail would be was still forming--the bricks and mortar were set, but the steam in the kettle was still rising. A big, malty American Amber led the way as our flagship beer--with a crisp, bitter hop character to balance. By design, Freetail Ale has gone through many changes at the pub, but as one of our inaugural releases at our S. Presa brewery we wanted to pay homage to the Original. Brewed with Pils, Munich, Vienna and Caramunich malts hand in hand with European and American hops, this tribute to fulfilling a dream piques our enthusiasm for another new beginning.

Our original cider is dry, yet crisp, with subtle notes of apple sweetness, the way traditional European-style cider is designed to go down. Crafted from bittersweet apples and with less than .5% residual sugar, it boasts of tannic and acidic notes. For a real taste of the old country, pour yourself a glass and enjoy.
