Imagine if a traditional American IPA met a crisp Czech style pilsner. We went back to the drawing board to please all of you hop lovers (and possibly make new converts) out there. This crisp copper beauty is the result of years of R+D. It is brewed with a combination of malts and hops that say American IPA, but fermented cold with our house lager strain. This combination lets a blend of American and German hops shine without confusion.

Six pounds of coffee were added to each barrel of Hinterland’s 20th anniversary bourbon barrel imperial stout to produce its latest beer, Stovepipe. And, yes, it’s brewed with Luna Coffee — the same folks who provide java for Hinterland’s flagship Luna Stout.

This full-bodied, rich roasty porter is dark chestnut brown in color and is made with pureed pumpkin. Cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger are added to the whirlpool and maple syrup is added during fermentation

Cream Ales are true American styled brews. Mimicking European light lagers, the Cream Ale is brewed utilizing the top fermenting Ale yeast resulting in a more complex flavor and nose. Cream ales traditionally are brewed with a blend of malted barley and corn grits for a light body and golden straw color. A very slight hop presence helps round out this simple but refreshing beer. After a long day of post digging, the Outboard is what I reach for. The simplicity of this classic American style has only a handful of ingredients. The few ingredients we use leave little room for error, although the recipe is straight forward, mistakes will be very noticeable. We use a high quality pilsner malt and a clean citrus smell during the boil. The ale fermentation for this brew leans on the cool side just to cut back on ester production.

Rugged and fresh, OutCider isn’t afraid of taking the trail less traveled. Jonagold apples are pressed, fermented, and left unfiltered, so you can experience their raw character. OutCider is made with a blend of Jonagold apples and other Northwest varieties. Jonagold is a cross of two famous cultivars bred for unusually large and flavorful fruit. The thin skin of this apple lends a hint of tannin to round out the natural sweetness of the juice. Jonagold apples are ideal for an unfiltered cider, with juicy notes of the raw fruit left fully intact. The only thing closer than the OutCider to fresh-pressed harvest apples, is a sip right off the apple press.

Welcome to the biggest beer Squatters Pub Brewery has ever made! A Russian Imperial Stout is one of the most intensely flavored beers a brewer can create. The combination of rich roasted barley, oak, molasses and licorice root combine to create an utterly unique and complex imperial stout experience. We had to mash in twice to get our starting gravity of 27 plato (1.108 specific gravity). We boiled 3.5 hrs to enhance caramelization and used molasses and licorice root at the end of boil. Outer Darkness is aged with oak, has 65 ibu's and bottle conditioned. We hope you have as much fun drinking it as we did making it. Please share with another and drink wisely.

Hatched in the mind of an American ex-patriot in the cold of Zwickäu, Germany—this big red wheat beer smacks of rich, malty sweetness and the free-spirited character of American craft-brewing tradition. Breaking the Reinheitsgebot is old hat around here, but in the frozen hinterlands of former East Germany it is akin to burning the flag. Our friend fearlessly formulated this recipe using inordinate amounts of Vienna malt and malted wheat, and then added a mixture of organic grains and a decidedly-American-sized handful of hops to create this maverick beer. Our version includes Vienna and wheat, oats, rye, an array of caramel malts, and an addition of Texas brush honey from Youngblood’s at flame out.

Developed and brewed by Local Option Bierwerker, this pilsener was designed to deliver fresh German lager to American soil. What’s the secret you ask? It begins by getting a famous German brewmaster wasted on American double IPA’s at the Option, and then fooling him into revealing the most classified methods of making perfect Deutsch Pils. Consider this beer another victory for the Allies.

Outta Focus Double IPA is brewed in the true Pacific Northwest style with expansive amounts of Pilgrim, Styrian and Cascade hops. Pleasingly bitter, floral and complex, our brewers take this beer to the next level with generous dry hop additions of Simcoe and Cascade hops.

A delectable Imperial Pilsner without comparison. Over the Pils features a smooth malt body that is paired with fruit and floral notes from generous additions of Brewer's Gold and Crystal hops. Beneath the bold hop aroma hides a subtle warmth brewed to bring to mind the rolling green hillsides of summer.

Our Imperial India Pale Ale. A showcase for hops, we use over 3 pounds of hops per barrel. This bold, juicy IPA is double dry hopped, to deliver citrus and tropical fruit flavors while still remaining highly drinkable.

Like a summer storm, Overboard is dark and decadent. Rich aromas of espresso and dark chocolate permeate the air. Flavors dance between coffee, chocolate, sweet caramel and hints of dark fruit. This is a big, full bodied ale, and one that is sure to please. Don't be afraid of the dark!

Overcast Espresso Stout is a dark, silky stout brewed with beans from a local Eugene coffee roaster. Rich, smooth and full of coffee flavor and aroma, this beer is quite nice on a gray or sunny day!
