Burnside Oyster Strong Ale was brewed with 18 gallons of Hama Hama oyster liquor, and 4 pounds of lemon peel. This unique offering has a complex malt flavor profile and deep garnet color. Aged for 6 months, this is as limited and special a release as they come.

Our Stout is opaque black with a tan head and slightly sweeter than a dry stout. Aromas are of roasted malt blended with some chocolate and coffee notes. Following a similar pattern, the flavor is a balance between chocolate and coffee supported by some background sweetness.

A dark wheat beer that tastes like a chocolate covered cherry…only better! Brewed with four kinds of grain and two hops varieties for a smooth, delicious beer…the perfect sipping beer for the cooler winter months.

Try our new refreshingly light and crisp Strawberry Best! We start with an American Wheat style recipe that’s a perfect compliment for fruit. We add real strawberry puree to the secondary fermentation, which gives the beer a naturally subtle strawberry flavor and aroma with a slight tartness. Light in color and soft in bitterness this beer is designed specifically to be enjoyed during the hot summer months.

One of our signature ales first brewed for the garage bar gang. Dry hopped and late addition hopped with Citra hops giving this beer a fantastic nose and imparting very interesting citrus and tropical fruit characters to the beer.

This version of our Belgian Pale Ale primarily fermented with two strains of Brettanomyces offers a more subdued hop aroma, a drier body and more bite.

Don't fight it, Spite It! People always ask us, why Spiteful? Well, here's an example: our good friend's hockey (and favorite) number is between 25 and 27. Because of this, that number is forever known as 25B at Spiteful. So we brewed this double ESB for our batch #25B to spite him. And just in case you were wondering, P.A.C. stands for People Against Colin. It takes a lot to have an entire organization against you, but trust us, he's an idiot!

What do you get when you take our St. Elmo Smart Ass and hop it up a bit? You get an ale that is Pretty Hoppy At That.

This might be the first Black APA possibly created. This has a more malty flavored brew compared our King of Hop because of the reduced hop presence. Dry hopped with Falconer’s Flight to give that roastiness something to compete with.

Our early “spring bock” is a light, amber-coloured beer with a delicate flavour.

Pablo's Wild Pale Ale was fermented with 100% Brettanmyces yeast and dry hopped with noble hops. The result is an earthy and fruity ale with just the right amount of hop bite.

Robust porter with flavors of chocolate and roasted coffee and a soft, creamy finish. Pale malt and English Goldings hops provide subtle hop character and slight bitterness.

A morado maize (purple corn) beer of the Andes mountain range. A delightfully sour mash with Cacao shells will bless your harvest. Conquistadors beware!

We were inspired to brew this style of beer by the European village breweries whose ales were brewed and delivered fresh to be enjoyed in the pubs of the surrounding local area. Pacific Ale is brewed to be served fresh in the many great watering holes just down the road; therefore we don’t need to filter or pastuerise it. We want it to be served over the bar just like it is in our storage tank at the brewery. Brewed with local water from the Byron Bay hinterland, Australian grown barley, wheat, and hops, and carefully selected ale yeast we have crafted a beer with complex flavours and a clean bitter finish.
