Emeral Ale is our most popular Seasonal Beer, named for the Emerald Isle and originally brewed for St. Patrick's Day. This Irish Red ale is full bodied with a rich malty profile.

As black as pitch, this Russian style Imperial Stout brings warmth to weary and frigid souls everywhere. Dark, smooth, and roasty, this is the stout of Russian Czars! Brewed to withstand the long trip to Moscow from Great Britain. Took back to back Silvers at the 92 & 93 GABF.

Our Porter is the pinnacle of what we can accomplish at Sudwerk. Masterfully constructed from 7 different specialty malts and three Pacific Coast hops, during a brew day lasting 15 hours to achieve the rich and complex flavors. “The nose is of dark chocolate and espresso, its head creamy and generous. The first sip rewards the taster with dark licorice, deep espresso and a profoundly silky mouthfeel. Lingering spicy flavors continue to please the palate long after it is swallowed. Brewed in small batches, this porter is aged 4 times as long as our Ales before we bottle it by hand. This beer is perfect to enjoy on its own, or served with Sunday Roast or Barbecue.”

It's hard to imagine a more iconic American ale than the Imperial IPA. Bold and full flavored, this beer embodies the aggressive brewing practices that the US craft brewers have been known for. Here at NoDa Brewing, there's hops in our logo so you know we've been wanting to brew up an Imperial IPA since the beginning. Bold Pacific Northwestern hops combine with New Zealand hop varieties to give us a full Pacific hop assault in the form of Nelson Sauvin, Pacific Jade, Centennial, Columbus, Warrior, and Amarillo. We then fortify the beer with delicious local Orange Blossom Honey. Don't worry... it won't attract bears, just new friends eager to share a bottle with you!

Packsaddle Pale Ale is named for a beautiful traditional Pennsylvania covered bridge right outside of Berlin that hangs over Brush creek. It is a flavorful, hoppy beer with a beautiful finish.
